Everything here is cheaper than Duane Reade. I will continue to solicit this store for all of my last minute purchase items, rather than be robbed across the street at DR.
Rite Aid is a good franchise.

The manager named Nour is rude. He badmouthed customers in line who were frustrated because they were waiting for 20 minutes. This rite aid is horrible.

Yes, the line here SUCKS. It’s always sooooooo long. There’s usually only one cashier. I always inevitably get stuck behind the old lady paying with all change and arguing about prices. BUT. They have the cheapest beer in town! So much cheaper than CVS, Fairway, Duane Greede. Lots of other stuff here is pretty cheap too. I HATE, HATE, HATE waiting in line, but make an exception for their cheap beer. 4 stars for great beer prices. Zero stars for wait time and customer service.

Literally the worst. Line for days, rude unhelpful employees, smells weird, whole 9 yards. There’s a Duane Reade across the street, just go there. They should honestly close this place

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with! They have repeatedly screwed up prescriptions from my doctor, including time sensitive prescriptions! They don’t seem to have any organization behind the counter and they never take fault for their mistakes. I’m taking my business around the corner to Duane Reade!

I live a block from this store. Every time I ever went into this store, there was some kind of crisis occurring. Registers down, out of what I was looking for, people yelling, associates called out sick, short staffed, insanely long line, more people yelling, unfriendly staff… it was always something.
I probably shopped here 15 times before I realized a smooth shopping experience seemed impossible here. I quit this place and moved my business to the Duane Reade around the corner.

One of the worst Rite Aid locations i have EVER shopped in.
The staff is slow and rude and the shelves are barely stocked at any given time of the day.
Poorly run. Stinks because this is a prime UES location.
