As other reviewers stated, the care here is exceptional. I moved my family to Joe Pool this Spring and had been searching for a new dental practice to help keep my teeth in. Literally. My teeth keep falling out! I thought it might be my addict-​like following of Unilocal’s hot-​and-​new places to eat, but the doc suggested I grind my teeth and got me setup with a lab-​fabricated mouth guard.
After the first appointment, I am planning to stick with the doctor’s suggested treatment plan for the next 3 – 5 years.
Why I will continue to go here: Most of the time I was here, I was one-​on-​one with Dr. Aash. My questions and concerns were addressed modestly and thoughtfully. The doctor’s techniques and equipment are up-​to-​date or state-​of-​the-​art. Office staff is prompt in responding to requests for appointments and treatment quotes. Overall, they run a smooth operation! Thanks doc!

Excellent dentists! Willow Tree Dental is a husband and wife team who are both wonderful, thorough and caring dentists. My family of four has been going here for the past few years and we are always quite impressed with them. They are so honest — I completely trust their opinion as they have never tried to encourage unneeded extras. I have referred friends to them as well and they are equally impressed. As well, a nice bonus is that they have an in-​office Cerec machine so they can make same-​day crowns. The dentists and their staff are attentive and make going to the dentist as enjoyable as it can be — Dr. Aashish Bhakta has a unique sense of humor that we really love and readily puts patients at ease (this is especially evident when he deals with children) and his wife, Dr. Rupal Bhakta, is very calming. Unfortunately we are moving out of state and will miss Drs. Bhaktas! It will be difficult to find other dentists that measure up to them!

Can’t speak highly enough of Dr. B. Rather than give you generic praise, I’m going to tell you specifically why I loved my experience:
1) Dr. B spent the majority of the 90 min initial appointment in the room with me. She did the cleaning herself. At most places I’ve been to, the dental hygienist does the cleaning and the doctor only comes in to discuss whether you need a filling or other treatment, Here, the nurse (who was great) took the X-​Rays, and the doctor was there with me the rest of the visit.
2) Have you ever looked at each individual X-​Ray of your teeth? I hadn’t either. Instead of explaining her concerns in a dry, medical manner, Dr. B shows you the X-​Rays while talking to you about the mechanical and structural concerns of your teeth. It was pretty neat that instead of hearing, «You grind your teeth and are causing damage» I heard,“Let me show you your teeth and tell you the effects your grinding is having”. I felt like a dental student rather than another dumb patient. It was like going to the car mechanic and having them lift up the hood.
3) She doesn’t guilt trip. Unlike most dentists I’ve seen who feel it’s their job to scare you straight, she encourages hygiene while respecting the fact that you are an adult and are not a dentist and your main concern on a day-​to-​day basis is probably not dental hygiene. When I admitted, shame-​faced, that I floss twice a week at most, she said «Let’s try to get that up to three.» She is all about setting realistic lifestyle goals for her patients to improve their lives — NOT about setting unattainable standards for them and making them feel horrible when they fail. This fosters honesty in the doctor-​patient relationship, which in my opinion, helps everyone.
4) She’s funny. Her sense of humor was really dry and hilarious, which I loved.
On top of all these qualities, the office is top-​notch. Has a high tech feel and comfortable chairs, and the all important TV sets for the patients. I also met Dr. Ash and he seemed very nice as well. Great experience!

Staff is VERY friendly and down to earth. They have very high tech equipment and the office is very nice and spacious. The rooms are very comfortable. There is tv to watch while you have work done. They take Care Credit and insurance. I was delighted that they also do pediatric dentistry.

I highly recommend this office! My children and I came on referral from a very satisfied patient/​friend. We are so glad we did. My children have always seen a pediatric dentist until now! Dr B is amazing! Wonderful communication and fabulous skills. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I have never taken time to review a business until now because they deserve it!
