I like the campground, location and amenities. Unfortunately the camper next to us had a dog that barked or howled whenever she was out of the camper. We could not leave our windows open. I talked to the camper who was very apologetic and I also spoke to the office. Other campers had already made a complaint, but nothing changed. We spent 5 weeks struggling with this. I feel the campground should have had her move or offered another space to us. We will not return to this campground,.

If I could give this place six stars I would! We just stayed 8 nights in our RV in spot 160 in June 2015, and we had family stay in the efficiency apartments during that time. The RV spot was perfect, level, and had the most incredible view. The bathrooms were clean and modern. All of the locals come here, and they normally know where the best places are. There were about ten people who were setup full time, but nothing obnoxious. The chilled swimming pool was salt water and perfect. Th laundry facilities were nice as well. The apartments were clean and recently renovated, and an incredible value for the price. The two bedroom was MUCH nicer than the one bedroom, but the one bedroom wasn’t bad. All of the family staying in the apartments were incredibly happy with the price and room quality. The staff at this park were the nicest people in a RV park that I have dealt with in three years of RVing all over the United States! They bent every possible way to make our stay enjoyable. We had people coming from all over the U.S.- late checkins were okay, late checkout was okay, one family member had to leave a day early(which she wasn’t charged for!) and we had a parking snafu which the staff handled with the greatest finesse and respect. The staff was just incredible! The Jolly Rodger will definitely keep earning my business and recommendations to friend and coworkers!

This is a nice campground with clean bathrooms and showers as well as a nice pool. The tiki island campsites are out on the water next to the fish cleaning station and you get lots of pelicans. The manager was a little gruff and chewed me out for going faster than 5 mph, he could have handled it better. I was doing closer to 10 but had missed the sign. It’s very expensive compared to other campsites in Florida but about par for the Keys. It has a laundry but I didn’t see a place to clean dishes.

We stayed here for a week, was decent. You are on the water, you can swim, snorkel etc. there are all kinds of fish and even crab. They have Wifi that isn’t the greatest, the pool is nice, the showers are very sporadic. Sometimes scalding hot, and sometimes ice cold. No they don’t let you control the temp, and it turns off every 3 minutes. The manager, Debbie, is a piece of work, power tripping rule freak. I let my dogs out of camper to jump in the truck, they went to the other side to pee and then got in. About 1 minute later– the nazi comes roaring up on a golf cart that she had a call my dogs were loose. I nodded politely to the leash reminder as I mouthed a few choice words as she took off. Wouldn’t stay here again, too many other places to see, unless it had new management.

We tent camped on Tiki Island and it was gorgeous! Lots of space and there is water close by and even a plug if you want to run an extension cord. The only down side would be they only allow 4 people per site… And we have a family of 8… It would get super pricy to bring the family! But when we are traveling just the two of us, we will certainly be back.

We are traving the country in an rv this year. We really loved staying at this rv park! It was fantastic! Showers were decent, hookups easy. There were a lot lot lot of ants! But, the best was the fishing and snorkeling right here! That was amazing!!! Best snorkeling we did in the keys was right here! Saw lobsters, rays, even a small shark. Lots of fish varieties! Loved it!

A rookie at RV Parks but we sure find this one very nice. They are BOATFRIENDLY and if you stay a month its much cheaper. Miami crowd rolled in this long weekend but they provided entertainment and as expected the place emptied on Monday morning. Bathhouse is fine but small for the size of the park. Pool is new and very nice, if the rug rats arn’t in it. They book up Jan, feb, and March, but otherwise easy to get in. Deb at the the front desk rocks!!! Much better than the parks with the gravel grounds such as Grassy Key.

Great location. Super nice staff! Bathrooms and showers are average, but pool is great and water front area is excellent. Very accommodating for boaters!

Our site was nice and clean. Easy to get into. One section of the park is newer than the other. There are also rooms you can rent for those not camping or RVing. The pool is nice and the Staff is friendly & helpful.
