I had dropped off a Mule for some service work a few weeks ago. It took them a week before they even called me back. I was not concerned with this, as I wasn’t planning to be coming back through the area for a few weeks. This was expressed to them when I dropped it off. Today I got a nasty call from a lady who worked there stating that I needed to hurry up and come get it. I would never ever talk to any of my customers this way. Hope the work they performed was better than customer service. I pass leaving my Mule here next time and bring it back to Austin for any future work.
