McDonald’s

I love McDonalds coffee. I really think they need to up their training. The employees are not that welcoming. I’ll order Splenda and they give me sugar. I told one of the employees I ordered Splenda with my coffee and she lied to me in my face and said Splenda wasn’t on the receipt when it was. The management at this location needs to talk with their employees more.
Tip: Please tell your employees at the first window to stay off their cellphone, they are dealing with credit and debit cards.

Since I began eating healthy in the last year, I haven’t eaten at McDonald’s in over a year, but this morning for some reason, I was craving one of the steak and egg bagels. So I pull into the drive thru, which is position in such a way that as the sun is rising, I was unable to see the entire breakfast menu board and pricing, so since I knew exactly what I wanted I just called it out to the drive thru worker and requested the coffee/​drink be substituted for an orange juice.
When I was told to pull around, I realized that the meal was almost a $ 1 more than I thought it would be, but I wrote it off as inflation, so when I finally reached the window and she told me the total again, I asked why it was so more expensive. She states there is a 75 cents up-​charge for orange juice, I told her that I have never paid an up-​charge before, she states the meal comes with a soda or coffee and they charge the difference in the price of the orange juice. Of course I stated to her that the orange juice is a more healthier alternative, but I guess if you eating steak, bagels and eggs before 8 in the morning, this location doesn’t care to offer you something besides caffeine to go with it.
I cancelled the entire breakfast order and pulled off. Its the principle of the thing.

Correct order and clean but food taste like it wasn’t cooked right: burger and fries! Never coming back and it was $ 7 a meal, when did it get this expensive?! I rather go to Chick-​Fil-​A for that price!

Why am I a sucker for punishment. This location is awful. Wrong food in drive thru for breakfast. After making it home and noticing it was not our order we went back. I know I should of checked, but it was two sandwiches and one looked bigger than the other. We asked to speak to a manager and she made someone else come and talk to us. The gave us a refund and remade the food, but when the manager gave us the food she would not even look us in the eye. This place sucks.

Standard Mc Donald’s. Open late. Check your receipt and check the bag.
