Papa John’s Pizza

Ok, so I usually like my slices big, so, after ordering online, and since when I got there it was still in the oven — I asked for it only to be cut twice.
Well it was cut twice -(«doublecut»)more than twice as much as I wanted it cut. I then told the general manager, David, that it was a mistake, that I had asked for JUST 4 slices. He said he could make me another pie in 7 minutes. As I absolutely HATE WASTE (thinking that pie might have to be thrown in the wastebasket), I asked him what would happen to my misunderstood order. After he told me that it all gets donated to homeless shelters, I decided that I would like another pizza made for me.
Maaaaan! Seven (7)minutes, no more, I had my pizza in my hand, just like I had wanted it! Great «back-​up correction» service! Good job David — great «damage control». Been coming here for years and will continue to as long as I reside in this neighborhood.
Somehow, though I know I reviewed this Papa John’s location before, it’s not showing up. I’m almost certain I previously rated this place a 4star review.

Just ok pizza… wings are good when cooked well done. .have 3 stars because customer service is good. .won’t be going back anytime soon unless their on groupon again

Poor customer service! We had to wait for our pizza for over 30 minutes in the parking lot. The papa johns employee asked for a phone number when we ordered but did not bother to use it to tell us the pizza was ready.

Cheap pizza that should not be consumed more than probably once a month, but when you are on a student’s budget this place really brings the deals. This location is always clean and efficient whether that be delivery or take out.

Fast, good, and friendly

One of the things that I like about Papa John’s is that their pizzas are consistent… their recipe is the same and their pizza will taste the same as long as you don’t change toppings from the last pizza you ordered. Given that, I give it good marks because it’s a chain, and it’s good… especially when you are feeling lazy and don’t want to go anywhere or cook for that matter.
Anyway, this pizza had «the works» with the exception of sausage which was substituted for ground beef. The pizza was good and not overly saucy with a good proportion of toppings. This pizza was ordered thin and it was crispy all the way around and came with those seasoning packets that I’m such a fan of.
Anyway, its still good to me but then again I rate this place in the same level as I would a fast food joint.
