Pizza Hut

I will never order from Pizza Hut again! The pizza took an hour and a half to be delivered and it was cold upon arrival. Definitely not worth the money!

They’ve always been really timely with any orders.
Always seems to be pretty busy on the weekends but they’ve never messed up any of my family’s orders.

Order, $ 20 for a MEDIUM pizza and desert… First, I’ll NEVER order from this pizza hut again. I will always go to papa John’s, as I always get what I order there and their app is way better. I ordered a MEDIUM half tomato sauce, half Alfredo sauce. It came ALL tomato sauce. I called and was OVERLY NICE, asking for a manager nicely, they gave me a girl that answered and started to say they were very busy and… I got Pis#$@&! I pay $ 20 bucks for delivery for a MEDIUM pizza and their (not good) chocolate things. DON’T tell me your too busy after taking my money, Then the girl mouthed out loud what I said to her when she finally got me to a REAL, SO CALLED manager… I heard it ALL. THEN, I told the mgr, they got my pizza wrong and she EVEN ADMITTED SHE SAW THE COOK WITH A SIDE OF ALFREDO SAUCE. and she didn’t know what he was to do with it. why didn’t she ask what he was doing when she thought something could be wrong? My receipt clearly states what I ordered! The so called manager should have checked or trained the new guy properly. NOTICE, IF YOU ARE THE MANAGER, CARE ENOUGH TO NOT BLAME THE MISTAKE ON THE NEW GUY, IT’S YOUR FAULT NOT HIS/​HERS. PERIOD. MY order was done online and is PRINTED, and clearly states what I ordered. Never again at this location. I already gave the pizza away to the neighbor.

I’ve been to this pizza hut a couple of times before, it’s a little bit further away than the one on Roswell, but it’s definitely open during the hours it has posted online. This location is neat and clean and they have a tv monitor with your name on it if you order online (probably by phone too) or it has you listed as a customer if you walk in. So you definitely know if/​when your order is ready, but especially that they have your order to begin with.
The location is easy to get to and when you see the Giant LA Fitness across the street… you know you’re in the right area. But other than that it’s a nice location to go to if you want pizza hut. The food is decent and fast, and service is nicer than the other location, so this pizza hut is OK in my book…
