I ordered online and it said pick up in 20 mins. So I got there early so i understood waiting a few mins. But i had was stuck there for 50 mins. This happens everytime. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to the one on the otherside of town.

Five stars for this Papa Gino’s restaurant!
I know that five stars at a Papa Gino’s can seem a bit like an exaggeration, but we stopped here late in the evening while traveling through and we have to say that it was one of the best Papa Gino’s we have visited.
Here are the highlights;
1. Clean restaurant
2. Really polite staff who didn’t make a stink when we showed up a bit before closing
3. Quick service (ordered a pizza and was out in under 12 minutes)
4. Perfectly made pizza
5. Did I say polite staff? Seriously, I was surprised how polite they were!

Location — great… located in RK Centre on Boston Post Rd W in Marlborough
Parking — ok… always a parking spot, but never can be told where you will find it. Usually there are some close ones, but if not, you will need to park closer to the exit of the shopping center.

Standard food, but AWFUL service and delivery! Whether picking up or having food delivered [which I don’t recommend– we’ve done it 3 times (don’t ask why)] and every time it’s been twice the estimated time (i.e. 30 – 40 minutes; they come in 75).
Also, they are very unfriendly and terse on the phone– overall just a very negative experience and disappointing!

stopped in for a couple of slices of cheese pizza. As I stated in other reviews this really is the standard that other pizzas should be measured by. Like most chains it is very clean and the staff is very customer focused hiring standards are high and every employee and a smiles when you look at them. I give them two thumbs up for a great operation and high standards.

The staff is pretty good. Attentive and upbeat. Heck I’m often asked if I want a soft drink on the house while I wait. The food is okay, nothing awesome but it is consistent a very important trait for any chain.
If you’re hungry I recommend.

Pizza is, «OKAY» (local Domino’s is better) Buffalo chicken (when they remember to actually add sauce to the chicken) is good.
Their burgers are BETTER than 5-​guys which is next door to them practically.
I’ve recently stopped patronizing them as they changed from Coke to Pepsi and there and I’m not a big fan.

I love papa ginos, but this one was POORLY managed (I couldn’t get anyone to come talk to me as a manager … so I am not confident there was even one working!). The workers were more about interacting with each other or making cookies than taking care of the customers they had.
My friend and I went at 1pm starving and there was no other customers in there (two other customers showed up about 15 minutes into our waiting.) We both ordered salads with buffalo chicken and it took 29 minutes to get our order. And the bread sticks and chicken were cold!!! The employees ignored my questions about if they give anything for compensation for it taking so long. (The Worcester stores do this)
The two male cooks working on my salad, also seemed to think it was fine when my bread stick fell on their counter (They were about to put it back on my salad bowl). Luckily the cashier saw that it fell and had them get me a new one. That is as positive a comment as I can make about THIS papa ginos.

It’s basically bad concession stand food. Lots of fruit flies around the soda fountain. The staff was fine, but I would not go back because the food was not good. I could see how it might be good for kids maybe?

Really? Five stars for Papa Ginos? Cardboard with cheese is more delicious. Okay, MAYBE it’s much better than cardboard with cheese. Okay… maybe not much.
This place is obviously edible or it would be in business, but there is much better to be had around.

you know we were visiting from the west coast, and we couldn’t get enough of their cheeze pizza. yummy
even on the day of our flight we checked out of the hotel room, and got one. also the chicken tenders .mm mm so good and the sauce, wow
this place is underrrated — ppl go here! their pizza rocks
