Hand written sign on door says they are closed. Don’t return calls. They were supposed to be creating a mailbox for me. What a terrible business.

Do not use for international shipping. Personnel are incompetent with respect to sending anything outside the U.S.
Package to Canada delayed by 7 days because the UPS pack/​ship employee did not get the proper paper work completed for customs and fees. UPS could not help over the weekend — really no one works to expedite delivery or problems at ups unless it is M-​f. I should have used FedEx.

I call to ask about shipping a 42″ package… before I could finish my sentence the guy on the phone says «what do you want» i says, «excuse me?» he says «what do you want from me» i says «whats your problem» he says «there are five minutes left and I’m doing something» I says «ok I’ll call another store» he says «fine» he hangs up. I write this review twenty seconds later. I feel better.
