Had some problems with the company but they were taken care of by a Sleepys’ «specialist.» I advise anybody buying a temper-​pedic or any other expensive mattress to do their homework prior to entering the store. There is a plethora of information on the internet: ratings, reviews, etc. I wish that I had done more homework myself, which would have obviated the problems I ran into. Other than that, the bed came on time and the delivery was seamless.

I feel that they have a great selection for such a small store. The one thing I did not like was the staff tend to be a bit pushy, I understand and respect that they work for commission but I prefer a little time wondering around testing out mattresses. When I went the sales person asked me a few questions and should me 3 mattresses and asked me which one I liked, I wanted to try more but felt put on the spot to choose 1 out if the 3. I was only in there for 5 minutes and he was trying to push me to buy a mattress when I really wanted more time. I said I would come back but I don’t know if I would.
