The Beach club is amazing! Service was great all the employees were really friendly and nice.

I’ve never had a problem at this location. I appreciate how fast they make the sandwiches and everything has always tasted fresh and the store clean. Service has always been friendly.

Order Online quite a bit and they always are fast delivery and accurate with my sandwich order. The bread is fresh and doesn’t taste underdone like wich with bread does.

Overpriced and customer service is awful. You will be disappointed eating here, walk around the building and eat which wich. Jimmy Johns will charge you for pickles! Not cool. Lousy place to eat, and they don’t care if you are satisfied or not.

If you want a good, quick hero from a mass chain – this particular Jimmy Johns is the best in McKinney. Awsome bread, decent sized proportions, and the best price (including Subway).
I’m always in and out in 6 – 7 mins.
Only change I’d make is a bigger size that’s not the same as 2 subs. For $ 10 it’s too easy to buy 2 8″ subs and eat yourself into food coma.

All I can say is… I will never go back here. They are sooo rude. They deliver to my hospital and they are even rude when they deliver. Needless to say they won’t get anymore of my business.

They ‘deliver’? NO THEY DONT! I live 8 minutes away literally a straight shot from the location. When I called, the lady said they only deliver 2 miles from the location, (I live 3.3 miles away!) but, NOONE LIVES WITHIN 2 MILES FROM THE LOCATION. They are located at a large highway/​highway intersection. There are stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. there. You have to drive to get to any house.
And before people judge me for not driving there, since it’s ‘literally a straight shot’… I was home alone with my daughter, she was very sick and didn’t want to drag her out in the 30* weather to go get food.

I love the bread. Sandwich was also good. I just felt rushed. Cashier also rang up large drinks. My family doesn’t drink a lot medium drinks would have been plenty and cheaper. I think she is trained to do that so the owner gets more sales. Boo I will not be back so I guess it back fired. Next time ask what size drink your customers want. Had it been just me it may have been okay but there were 5 of us.

Worst JJ… It’s a great thing I love their food. Asked guy behind counter a question 3 times. When he didn’t answer I asked the lady… Then he gave me a bad look. Hot water bottles in the cooler. When it was brought to their attention, the before mentioned guy said ‘well, you STILL have to pay for it!’. DUde… I’m not gonna steal a hot water, I probably have one in the truck! Haha! Basically pushed me out of way to help guy behind me who apparently is a regularly at this location. Feel like chopped liver much? Lol

I am not a Jimmy John’s fan, but my son is. When I ask him what he wants to eat it is either Subway or Jimmy John’s. I am more of a meatball toasted sub kind of girl, so there is really very little I find to eat off the menu. My son likes the slim 4. It keeps him coming back for more.

I finally got my husband to try Jimmy Johns. I called in the order to ensure it was correct. Needless to say, they cannot build a sandwich based on the instructions printed from the computer. My husband opened the sandwich, realized it had mayo and threw it away. People request omissions from menu items all the time. These request are from aversions to food items or allergies. Please follow patron instructions. We pay for it. Please honor our requests.

I’m updating to say I was immediately contacted by management. Keith really listened to my concerns and I truly appreciate it. 3 stars for now!

The Unilocal reviews were very good but we were disappointed. The main claim to fame seems to be how fast they put a sandwich together. They are good at that for sure. However, the staff are not into any conversation with the customer. They take your order and get it done.
My wife ordered a sandwich that was shown on the shop window when we arrive. There was little resemblance, except the length of the bun. The ingredients of the sandwich were very meager.
So, the place is clean and the food quality we had was good. Our biggest complaint was there was very little meat on the bun. We agreed that we do not need to come back.

I’m glad I finally tried this place. You can tell the difference in quality compared to some of the other sandwich chains. I wish they offered hot sandwiches, but I’m sure that not offering hot sandwiches helps keep their prices competetive. Great place to grab a quick bite if your lunch break is limited to 30 minutes. Received my order in less than 5 minutes around 1:00.

I visited from out of town (California). The previous 4 days I ate at «Which Which» was fantastic. Wanted to try a new sandwich place in Texas. The staff was unfriendly (robotic) No greeting. Not helpful and the sandwiches were nothing special. I would have much rather visit the «Which Which» :)

I use another sub shop where I live. When I come into McKinney and have a hankering for a sammich… this is a place to go.

This is my go-​to sandwich shop when I want a quick dinner (they are SUPER FREAKY Fast at making sandwiches, just like their motto). I’ve tried several different sandwiches, but the one I order most is the #9 Italian Night Club. All their sandwiches are cold, so that does limit it a little if you’re wanting something hot, but for ME, this is usually ok. I love the vinagrette they put on their sandwiches, so if I order a sub that doesn’t normally have it, I add it. :) They have good crunchy bagged potato chips like BBQ and Jalapeño, which are great with the sandwiches.
Quick tip about the menu that I didn’t know until last week… The difference between the left side of the menu «8″ Sub Sandwiches» and the right side «Giant Club Sandwiches» is the meat portion. Giant Clubs have double-​meat vs. 8″ Subs have regular-​portioned meat.
Service is always good, they always remember me when I go in there (not by name, but good enough), and they usually play kick-​ass rock music. The tall bigger guy is always there everytime I’m in there and he’s always super friendly and singing to the music.
I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick COLD sandwich for lunch or dinner.
