Pizza Hut

Recently ordered pizzas on a friday noon time. Briana was super friendly and so helpful while placing my confusing order over the phone. Once arrived i was greeted by a friendly gentleman .And yes my pizzas were ready, they were about to cut and box them up. Ms Briana herself walked up to the front with a smile and asked if id been helped after exchanging pleasantries the pizzas were brought up. Briana opened the box to show me them and made sure i was completely happy with the order. Briana was also so kind as to offer a soda. I quickly accepted and realized she had put not only one soda but two. What great customer service and hospitality. Thank you staff and especially Brianna. It was my first time using any pizza hut in a long time but it sure wont be my last. Thank you for restoring my trust in a fast /​food pick up/​delivery type establishment. I/​we will be back

This Pizza Hut is the WORST. Anytime we’ve ordered from here they always forget something. It’s like they just can’t get it together. And when we try to call to get a hold of someone, the phone just goes to an operator and when transferred, no one picks up. AT ALL. Not to mention the wait time sucks. We’re seriously never ordering from this location again.

Great pizza. Very tasty. They always have my order correct very good customer service will definitely come back.

Normally service is pretty good, but the service this time wasn’t all that great. They didn’t want to make more pasta so sadly we had to sit there and had to pick the chicken out. And the pasta tasted like it had been sitting out for a while, on top of our hour wait time. Blah.

This has never been the best Pizza Hut location. However, tonight I received chicken wings that were bloody and raw in the center. I assumed that the chicken wings they served were some sort of pre cooked frozen things that they threw in the deep fryer. I didn’t realize that an establishment like this, usually ran by teenagers, was dealing with raw chicken. I won’t order from this location again. I only hope that I do not get sick from the one I partially ate before seeing the center.

Look, most Pizza Hut-​type joints are all the same, but occasionally customer service is so good that it is worth mentioning.
Being new to the area, we received a coupon for a free 1 topping pizza. We called in the pizza and added tons of toppings to our order. When we walked in the door, the girl asked if we were the ones who ordered the pizza «with all the stuff on it». I confirmed, the manager walked up with our pizza and handed it to us, saying“welcome to the neighborhood”. No charge at all. The pizza was fresh and hot… we will certainly return to this Pizza Hut because they were very cool to us.

The guy who took my order on the phone was not paying attention, sounded stoned. Had everything incorrect. The pizza was tiny, cold, and made us both stomach sick for 12 hours. Will not order again.

Dined on 12÷27÷09; can say they are better than Domino’s (don’t know about the new recipe) went in with a coupon and before I know it, the guy rang up two of everything I ordered.
