Staples the Office Superstore

Hands down the best Staples store I have ever been to. The managers are great, Rebecca and the Copy & Print associates are incredible. I have been a weekly customer in there for two years and they will continue to get all of my printing business. If you have any questions, need help or cannot even find a solution to your problem, go see them. They will help you figure it all out!

I was very disappointed with my experience here today using their copy & print shop. I was needing to print roughly 60 baby shower invitations today. I had the file saved to a Microsoft word document to fit two 5×7 photos per page. When I called earlier, before going in, to estimate pricing they quoted my entire color print job on card stock to be roughly $ 35.00. I went in later to bring in the file and make the order and I had to wait in line for a fairly long time. There was only one poor girl working the whole copy shop and she was having to run around like crazy to fulfill all our orders. She completed my order and told me she would call me in an hour when it was finished, and again, told me that the price she be about $ 35.00. I waited 4 hours and never received a call this afternoon. Finally I went in and they were completed, looked good– just as I expected they would look. When I go to pay the bill, it was for $ 71!!! They not only misquoted me, but the price DOUBLED! When I complained the the sales rep (someone different then before), all he could say was sorry. I feel like with SUCH a large fluctuation of price, they should have honored the quote I was given from before… This price is unbelievably high for what I ordered and should I have known, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
