While I know it’s Dominos, this may be the least competent Domino’s shop on the east coast. MULTIPLE times have my orders been mysteriously misplaced, mishandled, and simply forgotten. And worse? When you call back to inquire, they basically laugh you off the phone. If you can, avoid at all costs.

We always get the same and absolutely love it.
We had some guest over once and they would not stop talking about how good the thin crust pizza was. They were surprised when we told them it was domino’s pizza.

Well, food is okay. But I got overcharged for three dollars on my credit card! Called the store, somebody said the manager will call me back, however they never call me!

I like their pan pizza. It is crispy, thick and tasty. It fulfills a unique fast-​food pizza craving. They have good customer service. The only reason I give 3 stars and not 4 is because my delivery came late, but they did seem apologetic when I called.

Very rude service. Never get the order right. Even when I call and repeat what I want 10 times they still manage to get it wrong. Worst possible service. Manager is rude rude rude and rude.

Awful. Manager is rude and condescending. Take your money elsewhere. I visited on 6÷14÷15 and the attitude I received trying to order was ridiculous. It was dirty and unsanitary.

The absolute worst dominoes in there franchise.
So I spend 30 dollars on pizza and when I get the pizzas there are no toppings on any of them. Who forgets to put the toppings on pizza and this is not the first time they messed up my order this seems to happen all the time and when I call to speak to someone there is NO apologies its you want credit on next order or we send you the right order.
The C.E.O of dominoes should shut the Medford one down it is horrible I only order there if it is a last resort.

As good as you are going to get from a dominos. I ordered online and picked it up hassel free. Food was good every time and they were never late. I cant speak on delivery since i always pick up to avoid the delivery fee + generous tip.

This is literally the worst dominos ever the past 3 times I ordered from here my fiancé and I got food poisoning! I love dominos too but I refuse to ever order from any dominos again !! DO NOT EAT HERE !!

Ordered online tonight a pasta bowl with only sauce and cheese. Received a pasta bowl with sauce and cheese and extra sausage (I don’t eat meat). Called the store to let them know.
The first person who answered I informed him I received the wrong order to which he replied «hold on» and I had a new voice on the phone. Again explained what happened and he asked if i placed the wrong order. I read to him my order and he asked if I wanted the food or a credit. Well obviously I ordered for the food. I didn’t say that but just said «the food» to which he replied «ok» and hung up. No apology, no time frame, no anything.
Delivery driver shows up and asks me what was wrong with my order. I said «it’s full of sausage and I’m a vegetarian.» His response. …“did you order sausage?” Really?!? Yes, I ordered sausage that I dont want or eat so I could call and complain and wait even longer. First and last time at this store.

Inoted that my child was sleeping and asked them to call and not ring my door bell multiple times and they wake up my kid and other resting family members every time !! When I do try to call and give them the message they never answer the phone i spent the whole time I ordered my food on the phone on hold like wtf? really no one can answer so never going to order from there again i rather drive and pick my order up else where!

Sorry Slow Pans, this is not your best showing.
I’m not averse to Domino’s — we all slum it once in a while — and our past indiscretions from the Davis Square location have been enjoyable overall. But this spot? There’s just no consistency. And if there’s one thing a chain with strict procedural mandates should have, it’s consistency.
Toppings mucked up on the regular (and promises of a replacement pizza next time are never honored), torched-​til-​toothbreaking Cinnastix and a drunken dabbling in their latest WTF? menu item, Specialty Chicken, delivered five weak chunks of crudely-​breaded bird slathered in a sweet chili sauce that got bruleed beyond taste. It just sucked.
On the kinda plus, delivery is quick. Of course, if your delivering overcooked guilty pleasures, then please, take your time.

Real fast delivery, which gets points. Food is what was expected. Typical salty, greasy dominos. But most importantly they brought no sauce for the cheese sticks and pizza, even after putting in the notes I wanted extra sauce. I got no sauce.

I ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta and breadsticks, it was delicious! The delivery guy arrived 25 minutes later after I ordered. The only thing that sucks is the $ 2.50 delivery charge, that’s it but other than that I think i’ll order from Domino’s more often!

Zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE.
UNSANITARY, GROSS, DISGUSTING.
I walked in tonight at 8:30 pm to pick up an order. When I walked in the door I was greeted at the counter by an employee holding AND CHEWING a slice of pizza. I looked around… Every single one of the employees in there at the time (at least 6 – 7) were stuffing pizza into their faces while standing right next to prep counters and handling food.
My food wasn’t quote ready, so I paid and kept observing. I couldn’t believe what I saw next. The same kid who just cashed me out then went to touch my food and wrap my order WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS OR PUTTING ON GLOVES.
To go from eating food, touching cash, to touching my food is COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS. I’ve worked in restaurants for the past 14 years and I was appalled. I hope this place gets shut down.
Couldn’t even eat the food I paid for.

This particular dominoes charges $ 2.50 for delivery which drives me insane every time I have to pay it. Normally, I would just go elsewhere, but one of my boys likes it so I buy it every once in a for him…

Not an avid Domino’s customer but will say its a palate changer for the crazy pizza world we live in, and suggest that it’s pretty good and not duplicated anywhere around.

I grew up getting Domino’s pizza delivered to my house. When I got my first job as a lifeguard, we’d get Domino’s delivered to the pool I worked at. I could eat the whole pizza myself.
Not much has changed since then. Yeah, I’m a little older, maybe a little wiser. I still do love Domino’s pizza. It’s the sauce! It’s the sauce to cheese ratio and the crust is always perfect. Domino’s pizza = nostalgia you can eat with your bare hands.
We got Domino’s last Monday night. We were feeling tired and a bit lazy and decided to give the old pizza tracker a try. The pizza tracker was AWESOME. It said that Marcello is making the pizza and will arrive in minutes.
It showed up in like 12 minutes.
I am not kidding.
I now am going to use this Domino’s as my go-​to pizza place. Why mess with an unknown pizza place when you can have old-​fashioned, piping hot pizza from a place you know.
I can’t wait to order again and use the pizza tracker.
