Super Suds

Writing my review on scene. Took advantage of a snow day to really clean up. Brought in the cushions to my son’s nursery rocker. After rocking 2 boys for nearly five years, they were in need of a good washing.
This place is so friendly, very comfortable and surprisingly quiet! Will definitely return next time I need a high capacity washer.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! This is a family owned establishment and they really do pride themselves on customer service and quality work. Once you sign up for ²⁴⁄₇ membership access, the place feels safe even at night. The owners are a lovely family who really do bake cookies, give out free detergent/​fabric softener/​discounts on machines twice a week, and remember you if you come regularly. They’ll chat you up but also respect your wish for privacy on days you look gross and just want to get your dirty clothes clean. The laundromat itself is super clean, modern, quiet, has actual parking, AND free wifi to boot! Seriously, it’s got it all! The next best thing than having your own machines at home. :)

I guess they are just starting to get into the drop off dry cleaning business. It did take me about 20 minutes to drop off my clothes and get it logged in. The owner called and apologized and gave me a concession for my troubles. Nice place and with a few kinks worked out, I am sure this will be a great spot to get items dry cleaned.

I’ve been to tons of laundrymats in my day. From childhood and up. This one is hands down the best I’ve ever been too. It’s very clean, staff is friendly. You can park your car in front! Just awesome all around. They also have free snacks and detergent on different days. This place is just awesome

This laundromat is awesome. I actually enjoy doing my laundry here. A lot of machines with different sizes, wifi, comfy chairs, TV, and different promotions throughout the week like free hot dogs on Tuesdays. The owner is really nice and appreciates your business!

Very clean place, the owner is very friendly and I enjoy coming here. It’s true Tuesday’s they give free hot dog, Wednesday and Thursday 1 dollar off the machines, Wednesday through Friday free detergent. I don’t know when are the free cookies but this place it’s amazing they have 24 hour service for members and drop off. Very convenient.

When most of us think of going to the laundromat, we envision shades of gray from the walls to the floors to the machines. As if having to actually DO laundry wasn’t torture enough, those awkward lapses being actually loading, unloading and folding don’t help. But at Super Suds. It’s a complete different experience. The walls are splashed with bright colors. The machines are all new and you have the option to use your debit/​credit card for payment (no more panic about quarters!). Even better, during the week they have daily specials like free detergent or donuts (from the Dermet’s right next door, which are delish). Don’t think I can top that? You have access to free wifi and work stations AND a massage chair in case you are so inclined to indulge in a little relaxation.
Sometimes I’ll spend an afternoon knocking out my laundry and bring my laptop along so I can work as well, making my time here extra well spent. On occasions when I’m in a hurry, I’ve dropped off my laundry mid-​morning and have been able to pick up later in the afternoon.

Super nice staff. There’s a different deal almost every day. I have laundry in my building but would prefer to lug it down here for the ease of use, ability go use credit cards, and opportunity to study with fewer distractions.

This place is awesome. Both the equipment and facilities are immaculate. They are very accommodating and offer free treats on certain days. They have free wifi, a guest PC with a workstation and charging stations for both iPhone and android devices. Wednesday through Friday they provide free soap! I can’t say enough good things about this place, it sucks doing your laundry at a laundromat but it sucks a lot less doing it at a clean and modern laundromat like super suds. Laundromats in LA are the equivalent of washing your clothes by hand in the gutter of a 3^rd world country when compared to super suds. Bravo super suds.

Love they have a red bull vendor machine for those that need to get the job done without the energy. Especially when you’ve got 3 huge loads of laundry like me.

If you need to do some spring cleaning and don’t want to spend the whole day doing laundry at home. Come here quick!

New owners = total transformation. Kostas is serious about customer service. The physical aspects of the business are completely renovated and pleasant (and also kind of weird and fun!). There’s a stoplight, huge TVs, even a computer for customer use! Always snacks too, can you believe that?! And finally the bathroom is open if they’re open! You can now use a credit/​debit card on the machines! Awesome place.

Laundromats are boring places where you come in, do your thing, then get out. But the new owner of Super Suds had a better idea. He transformed the one at 199 Mystic Ave, Medford into a mini-​amusement park!
It’s just fun to be inside this place. And he’s made the big investments in equipment to make your stay productive and very low cost. He’s got machines of various sizes, and this awesome credit card machine on each laundry machine. What a time saver that was. Finally, I can leave my role of quarters at home.
This guy thought of everything!
He has this awesome iMac-​like web PC you can pass the time with. There are super comfortable study lounge chairs that I use for reading or working on my laptop. And he’s got a new machine coming that oxidizes the water, so he’ll be able to make your clothes cleaner that you could even make them at home.
He even has a key fob (he’ll give you) for 24 hour access, if you need to wash your clothes as 2:00 AM, for example.
Last but not least, he’s always got something tasty to eat, and also has a few vending machines. And he’s always there and is super helpful!
I gave him 5 stars but that’s because 6 was not an option :)

Really impressed with Super Suds! I can’t say anything about the previous owners, but the newest current owners are super sweet! On the ‘grand reopening’ they had homemade baklava, $ 1 washes, and free hotdogs for everyone!
The washers are HUGE, and will take up to 4 loads at a time! The dryers are equally big as well, and seem to get clothes dry very fast! We have been consistenly taking 4 loads at a time and finsbing the whole process from washing to drying in around 2 hours!
Each washer/​dryer has its own coin slot as well as credit card terminal, so no need for getting change unless you want to lug pounds of quarters around with you!
I am not exactly sure in price per wash/​per dry, but I know we spend somewhere between $ 6– $ 10 on 4 loads to wash and dry! They also have ‘$ 1 off ’ washes on Wed and Thurs!
It is a REALLY nice, clean place, with comfortable seating and a nice big screen TV. No one likes to do laundry, but at least you can feel comfy and get a great value at a place like Super Suds!

I used to live in the area and went back when in town for an extended business trip. The place had been recently redone with new machines that are priced right. It is clean, has free WiFi and you can park. What else do you need? There is wash, dry, fold available and you can get doughnuts next door.

First off, let me say that laundry is not my thing. I have even been known to buy an outfit (or two or three) to put off doing laundry for a couple more days. However, having no luck with the lottery, that is not really a long term solution. So when forced to do laundry, this is where I go. The place is clean, has plenty of parking, reasonable prices and free WiFi. They recently (in the last month or so?) upgraded all their machines so my clothes come out super clean and fresh (even if they’ve been in the hamper for weeks). There IS a wash/​dry/​fold service but there’s something about having a stranger fold my underwear that grosses me out. All in all, not a bad place to be stuck for two or three hours, though it could use a coffee pot. ;)
