I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. From getting my Rx refilled, to buying things at the main counter. They do seem to have some turnover at the Rx desk, but I’ve noticed that at Walgreens across the street as well(my wife goes there). I’ve been getting my Rx’s there for years, and have had not one bad or impersonal experience.

I Do not not normally write reviews but after reading the less than flattering reviews posted on this website I felt compelled to chime in. in my humble opinion, This is a wonderful store and the staff Are always very helpful, knowledgeable and customer friendly. the weekly Deals and their customer«loyalty program» is second to none! two thumbs up this location and staff! I can’t speak so much for the pharmacy but my experience from the pharmacy are no different than my previous experiences from CVS or Walgreens. The pharmacies in these chain stores is pretty much the same pharmacy experience wherever you go.

Amazing that these people screwed up my kids medications three months in a row! Losing Rx, general incompetence and lack if customer service at the pharmacy is amazing. I am in awe at their inability to take their jobs seriously.

I had an extremely difficult time with a rude pharmacy technician when going to fill a prescription that I was clearly within the time frame to fill. I was told I couldn’t fill a script until 30 days. When I called my insurance, they told me they approved the refill and contacted the technician who told my insurance it couldn’t be filled before 28 days. I was talked to like a child I will never be conducting business with this pharmacy again. When a pharmacy is dealing with people in the vulnerable position of needing medication, I would expect that I not be treated as if I was a child who didn’t turn in my homework.

I try not to go to the Pharmacy at this particular Rite Aid. There are always 5 or 6 people working behind the counter but it takes a long time for someone to even acknowledge you’re there. More than once I’ve had problems with the RX I’ve called in not getting filled in a timely manner — you can choose the time when you call in a refill. I’ve also had problems with them not filling an RX at all but then I don’t know this until after I’ve tried to pick it up. Like percocet for a root canal. Wasn’t a happy day.
