The owner is RUDE. She does not respond to emails and has a rude tone as if you are bothering her when you call. I purchased a groupon but made it very clear I was looking for a long term trainer. Jamie is more concerned with insluting people she sees at her gym on facebook (not me so this is not personal) than running a legitimate business. Groupon gave me a cash refund so at least I’m not out the funds.
To address another reviewers concerns I do not have any friends who run training businesses or run one myself. I just have the crazy expectation that when I call and email someone to discuss spending over $ 1,000 on their services that they be polite and responsive. I’m actually glad she was rude because I found the stuff she posted on her Facebook page to be highly unprofessional and I would have been upset to see them after giving her such a significant sum; fear not there are plenty of great ways to spend money in Memphis.
