I have been to this location several times however, today was AWFUL!!! Not only did they not place my personal order they were also very unprofessional! Definitely won’t go back!

This establishment isn’t very established. You’ve got kids throwing the basketballs everywhere, running everywhere, staff members looking onwards or conversing amongst themselves, the sauces for pasta seem to have been marinating for the past year, and the tables are disgusting. Not to mention the random pizza slices on the ground where your feet are. But, all negativity aside, the pizza? It’s not horrible. Especially for a place constantly having to push out inventory for customers. I prefer ordering your own and taking It home, unless, of course, you like headaches and basketballs in your food.

The food is ok, but the clientele are unruly. Tables stay dirty, kids run around like mad, and they don’t even have a water spigot because of people filling «water» cups with Sprite. Poplar Plaza has become a Gangsta’s Paradise Crossroads!
Do it for the vine… I AIN’T GONE DO IT!

I don’t come to CiCi’s expecting a life altering experience in dining, but this place is awful. When I arrived, over half of the tables in the restaurant had not been bussed, and were not bussed the entire hour I spent eating. The pizza that was in the buffet was cold and hard, as if it had been sitting out for a while. The staff, with one exception, we short and rude with customers; as if we were bothering them with our presence. Overall, an unpleasant place to eat.

Usually I try not to write negative reviews, but this location of Cici’s pizza is the worst I have ever experienced. Granted, it’s cici’s, I am not expecting artisan pizzas. This location refuses to except credit cards, and when I attempted to dine here for lunch this weekend, I was told that I would have to pay for my wife to sit with me. She had already had lunch, and I just wanted a quick bite to eat. The hostess/​cashier treated me like I was walking in with 12 kids and asked for three buffets. If that had been the case, I could understand their position, but when two adults walk in? This will be the last visit to this location ever, and I suggest that no one ever go there. I have had several discussions with the owner about their rude staff, and she has had no response to my concerns. I can only hope this review saves someone the time and hassle of going to this location.

When you say «all you can eat buffet pizza,» freshness and quality are not the first two adjectives that come to mind.
i can say that i absolutely LOVED this place when i was a kid. try a slice of 6+ different types of pizza? yes please! i used to love the rare occasions after baseball games when we would get to go to cici’s.
this is a good place to go if you have some kids — it’s all you can eat so it’s not very expensive. but if you’re an adult and you’re looking for a good meal, pass on cici’s.
it’s purely a kid’s haven — granted, if you have kids, they will probably love this place. it does have a couple options for adults when they eat here — it’s not absolutely awful, it’s just not very good.

The pizza’s not incredible, but the selection is. The buffet is packed with a good selection of pretty fresh pizzas, pasta, salad, and desserts. The bang for your buck is high — you can’t beat just over five dollars for a full lunch buffet. This is a great place to take kids. My only issue is that it was super-​busy during the lunch hour. If you’re looking for a more low-​key place, this may not be it.

I’ve been here several times. The service is very courteous. Also, a friend says that whenever he comes, they make a jalapeño and sausage thin crust pizza for the buffet because they noticed he always requested it for the buffet. That’s pretty good service. Also, it is a really cheap all you can eat joint. The pizza is good, though not great, and the buffet could be unhealthy for you unless you fill yourself with their salad. The buffet has pizza, salad, and desserts.
