Great food. fast and friendly service. Hefty portions. Worth the extra few bucks you’ll spend.

This place is FANTASTIC. My significant other and I come to this one quite a bit. We love the Otis on thick crust. Their cheese bread sticks are incredible, as are their hot wings. However, it was because of today’s customer service that we decided to finally put a review on Unilocal. We’re not ones to really complain about food, so long as it comes to us in a timely manner. We got some cheese bread sticks and a large Lucille on thick crust. When our cheese bread sticks came out, I mean they looked good to us– but the guy who delivered them to our table told us that there was another order coming out because the one we got didn’t look appetizing and the cheese was all in one place. We were surprised! They were delicious nonetheless, but the fact that someone was there making sure that the food was on par with their high standards and was willing to have the kitchen redo it, it was the cherry on top of an already great experience. Shout out to that guy! We really appreciated the gesture.

Our first time here, and we really enjoyed it! The atmosphere is just great. Very fun and eclectic. We started with the«stupid hot» wings. The sauce was fantastic. Perfect heat and flavor. Unfortunately, it seems like they bake the wings, rather than fry them. This leads to an unavoidable issue with fatty, rubbery skin, rather than it being nice and crisp. No matter how good a sauce is, it can’t cover up rubbery chicken skin. Throw them in the fryer and they’d be perfect! We also ordered two personal size pizzas… the Diablo and the Otis. One thick, one thin. Both were really good! Today we just had water, but it looks like they have some awesome happy hour specials, and the bar looked well stocked. We will be back!

Pros: the location in Memphis is a good one. Cons: !) Pizza came out too quick. Possibly a frozen pre-made crust. 2) Queso was microwaved and too thick. Became even harder once it cooled down in about 2 mins. 3) Ironically, they lost my friends chicken sandwich order. I had finished my pizza(even though I tried to eat slowly and wait for her to receive her meal) before she finally went up to the counter to ask about her lost order 4) She had to get her meal«to go» because we needed to return to work 5) When she got ready to eat her meal, it had bacon on it. This is someone who doesn’t eat pork, at all! 6) They gave her a card to receive a free pizza. Useless, this is just a free card to more disappointment. 7) The order taker short changed me $ 10 and my friend $.09 cents. We caught the error before receiving our food. I got my $ 10 but my friend, just let it goooo.

We went here last night for my Dad’s birthday. It was pretty fun! The patio is AH-MAZING! Although the pizza was just so so, the bartender made up for it! All of the employees were very sweet and attentive! Next time we eat there, I think we’ll order thick crust instead of thin. Although the thin crust was a little burned, I ordered the Hector’s Taco Pie and if you love Mexican food, you’ll love this! Tastes just like a taco! :)

As usual the food and service was good. I had the lunch special and could not eat it all. I truly enjoy this place.

This place was good. I was in the mood for a simple easy cheese pizza that wasn’t too greasy. Lost Pizza Inc hit the spot. I got a personal pizza with mushrooms and had no complaints. I got the option for thin crust or thick crust pizza and I went with thin. I loved the décor, I thought to myself if I owned a pizza company this is what it would look like. The person who took my order was nice I definitely plan to try again.

Based on reviews, I had very low expectations. However I was pleasantly surprised. The tamales are average good. I tried two types if wings. The chicken. Is average but the sauces are good. The hot isn’t spicy, but has all the flavor elements. The honey golden BBQ is on point. I tried three flavors of thick crust pizza. The crust is really good and I enjoyed all the flavors. In had the hot chick which reminds me of a buffalo wing. The islander is good too. It has pineapple on it and I don’t like pineapple on my pizza but it was good. The BBQ pizza is good too with a sweetness. The décor is nice too. The service was good.

Long overdue but I’m updating my review. I’m just not a fan of the pizza here but that’s the great thing about city living, there’s plenty of choices for everyone. But the bf really does like this place so it took a few tries but I found a go to meal here: the BBQ nachos! Seriously, they are huge and delicious. I absolutely cannot finish the entire plate and I’m not one to walk away from meat and cheese easily. The staff is still incredibly friendly, the place is still impeccably clean and the décor kitschy fun. If you’re not a fan of ny style pizza the pizza here will probably delight you, if not there’s other options to try. Kids seem to really dig the fun interior and the convenient location makes it a good option for a pre or post family meal if visiting a family friendly Memphis attraction.

The décor and set up of this place is pretty cool with the luxury of live music. But that is about where it ends. We LOVE pizza and we were excited to try a new local pizza joint. The young staff behind the counter were friendly, and talked amongst themselves while we struggled to make a selection off the horribly designed menu behind the counter; they asked several times if we were ready to order when we obviously we weren’t; luckily we found printed menus so we could make a selection. While the staff was friendly enough, I didn’t find them particularly helpful or useful(not mentioning adding a salad and drink combo). Lost should definitely train its staff to be more attentive to customer needs. The pies are way overpriced for the size. The pizza is just not that good. The ingredients were just average quality and the consistency of the crust is odd. The thickness isn’t quite thin or hand-tossed, as I prefer a thinner crust, but the overall taste of the pie was not to our liking. Although our pizza wasn’t especially good, I’ll probably return in a few weeks to give the place another shot.

I almost let the reviews sway me, but man am I glad I didn’t! From the service when you first walk through the door to the delicious cheesy garlic sticks, all the way to the kujo pizza, everything was an absolute five star experience. As soon as we walked in they offered my daughter a ball of dough to just play with at the table, she absolutely loved it. We will definitely return, don’t listen to all these bad reviews. We experienced nothing less than excellent service and food!

I bought an Amazon Local deal for this place and was excited to try it out. I had seen it up for a few months but hadn’t been there. My brother and I arrive at 2:00 and there is only one other table seated. Not a good sign… The interior had a very cool look to it and had some nice old artifacts on the walls. Not sure what’s up with the big stumps coming out of the ceiling, but whatever. Cashier greats us with the warmth of an old tile floor in December. I order for us and give them my voucher. She calls for the manager who looks to be maybe 18 yrs old. She sets up the deal and my total is $ 2 and some change. Cool, I forget that I actually paid $ 10 for $ 20 and suddenly I excited. DEAL! Food comes. Ordered a Md Pizza and 10 «boneless wings»(whatever those are, I’m sick of stupid crap like this.). My «chicken pieces» come out slightly warm to slightly cool. General Tso’s sauce was VERY unimpressive. No spice at all! Deep dish pizza crust was just ok. No crunchiness in the dough on the edges. The bacon I ordered on the pizza wasn’t real bacon at all. It was like tough little bacon by product pieces or something. The sauce was canned and the pepperonis were staring in the same pathetic show. Top it off, very little cheese… All in all unimpressed. Glad it was half off to start. Thanks Amazon!

Now this is a nice pizza spot in a nice location. I recently visited with a group of friends that recommended this place. I had the El Diablo pizza minus the bacon and added spinach. I thought it was an interesting combination on this pizza so I had to try it. It had grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, jalapenos, BBQ drizzle & the house cheese. One word — Delicious. The restaurant has a roadhouse/bar feel to it with an outdoor patio and a full bar on the side and a nice selection of beers. I highly recommend this pizza parlor. Two thumbs up.

I’m honestly scratching my head over here wondering why there are so many bad reviews. Every single times I’ve come here, I’ve been happy… I really like this place! For starters, the space is open, airy, huge and I love the twinkle lights on the patio out front. The décor inside is so kitschy and different than the typical boring pizza joint. This place has personality! I mostly stick to the pizzas because that is what I like… and they’re a pizza place… sooo…anyways, I did get their Delta Sub once and while it was good, they are a pizza place so I pretty much just stick to that now. Particularly their Cheesecake & Chocolate Pizza… dessert on a pizza… swoon.

I wanted to like this place SO much, and I will give it another shot, but for now it is a not-totally-solid 3 star pizza place for me. My toddler who is obsessed with wheels loved the vintage VW van and tricycle, and I liked the beer selection. There ends the good of this particular visit. While advertised as «fast casual,» there is nothing particularly fast about eating here, except for the fact that you order at the counter, have to pick up your own beer from the bar or soda at the fountain, AND there’s still a tip line on the receipt. The food was pretty average. In addition to the pizzas, I also ordered some chips and queso as a starter just so that my son wouldn’t have a meltdown while waiting for his food. The chips appeared to come straight out of a Costco-sized bag of Tostitos, and the queso reminded me of the fifth-best Rotel I’ve had at a potluck — orange, sort of watery, and very salty. While I am not super-picky about my melted cheese, this went mostly untouched by me and my son. We ordered a kids’ thin-crust cheese pizza for my son and an El Diablo sans meat for me. The crust wasn’t really thin — just not overly-doughy and half-baked the way the«thick crust» was on my individual-sized El Diablo pizza. There was nothing really offensive about either pizza, but it felt a little expensive for two very-small pizzas that essentially reminded me of what you’d get at a big-box pizza chain that begins with«pizza» and rhymes with«nut.» Everything was generally very salty, and my son who normally devours pizza only ate one slice of his kids’ cheese pizza. The folks working there were very nice, the location is convenient, and the décor is fun, so I’ll probably be back ordering thin crust and hoping for slightly better value in the future.

Since moving here to Memphis, I have had a hard time finding amazing pizza. I had found some that were pretty good, but nothing like the ones that would blow me away back home. That is, until I discovered the Lost Pizza Company. They just had a grand opening here in Memphis this past weekend and they were actually donating part of their proceeds to a local community organization, so I decided to go. To my surprise, this was an establishment where you order and pay at the counter, but the rest of the layout is very much a restaurant style. My eyes widened when I saw they had thick crust pizza; a style that seemed to be lost on the city of Memphis. I ordered the individual pepperoni and sausage pizza and the lady ordered the individual buffalo chicken pizza, with some garlic cheese bread to split. There was a small area of the restaurant behind the soda machines with three booths and a big screen TV; we had decided to sit there. The garlic cheese bread came out and it was very good. The bread was solid in the crust and soft in the interior, and they did not skimp on the cheese. I only wish it had been slightly more of a garlic presence. Overall though, still quite good. Then the pizza’s came out and a smile grew over my face, as I had found the pizza I was looking for. One bite into my pizza and I was completely sold. The pizza is very doughy and rich in flavor; they are liberal with their toppings and everything comes together in perfect balance. I had a bite of my girlfriend’s pizza and it too was quite amazing. The only reason why I am docking this place a star is because we tried the Chicken Alfredo pasta on our next visit and it definitely did not even come close to the greatness that was their pizza. However, the pizza and the ambiance here is truly amazing I am certainly looking forward to coming back here time and time again!

So this is the third restaurant in this location since I’ve been in Midtown. It was vacant for a pretty long stretch before the awning for LPC went up. We went to scope the scene and here are our findings. We ordered the wing appetizer which was better than average. We got them in General Tso’s sauce which was okay but needed a bit more red pepper for a more authentic flavor. IMO, the wings should also be fried a bit longer, for a more crispy taste experience. The best thing about the wings, they’re not scrawny. I rate the wings 7⁄10. I ordered a make your own thin crust pie. My husband ordered The Kujo. It’s kinda like a meat lovers and supreme all-in-one. On both pies, the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The crust were cooked perfectly. What’s a trip is how small the pies were, for 10 bucks, I was surprised. Perhaps the medium and large sizes are a better value. I would certainly recommend you check out my photo(complete with dollar bill for scale). By now you’re wondering, ‘why did you give this place four stars?’ Well, the staff was really nice. They gave us suggestions and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed out visit. Also, the décor is so cute. They also have a patio. So while this won’t be my new favorite pizzeria for the food, it’s a great place to meet friends for drinks with great service. The food was slightly above average, the service was incredibly attentive and the décor/mood was perfect. The vibe is totally laid back, but interesting. I look forward to kicking back at LPC soon.
