When we asked for a papercup with water for the baby, after buying our food there, they refused to give or sell us one. stating we had to buy a bottle of water.
We had already bought our beverages and did not need a full bottle of water. If we bought the bottle of water, we would still need the paper cup, which they refused to sell us. The cashier, laughed at us and called us «crazy» because we tried to explain why we just needed a small amount of water.
We had to go next door to another venue to get water for the baby.
The workers at steak escape were rude, insensitive and inconsiderate.

I asked the cashier for crispy bacon on my loaded fries and sandwich and he said no problem. When they handed me my fries, the bacon looked rubbery and tasted chewy. I asked if he could put the bacon on the flat top grill, he said no it’s already cooked in a crock pot. I said I’d like it to be crispy bacon instead of chewy and he still refused my request. He also forgot to even put bacon on my sandwich. I will NEVER come back again.

This place deserves 0 stars… I’m very disappointed. I was SHOCKED to discover that the bacon that is on the loaded fries is under cooked! I ordered the loaded fries and when they handed me them, the bacon was pink and rubbery. I asked numerous times to put the bacon on the grill to cook it. I was told that it’s already cooked and there’s nothing he can do. I asked again if he could cook it on the grill… his response was NO. This was the last time I will EVER go to steak escape.

I would say that this is a decent place for a sandwich but it just seems that being mediocre is acceptable at this food court. I decided to give this place a shot because I wanted something different. It’s definitely not worth the money to eat their food. Chipotle and chick fil a are the best choices there.

They barley speak English and couldn’t understand my order. When I told them that I didn’t want blue cheese in my salad they didn’t understand and put it in anyway. I asked them for a new salad and they said «no». They would only hand pick it out. They were rude and disrespectful, therefore will never receive another dollar from me.

My bf and I decided to give this place a try since it sounded pretty cool, and we were hungry in the mall. I ordered the buffalo hot sandwich with the loaded fries, and my bf ordered the fried onion sandwich with loaded mashed potatoes. The buffalo hot sandwich was delicious (I loved how crunchy the chicken was) and so were the loaded fries. My bf’s fried onion sandwich didn’t taste very good at all. It was worth 2 bites, and the loaded mashed potatoes turned out to be just cheese and bacon smushed in a nasty baked potato. If I ever come back, I’ll definitely try something better.
