Well this is my third time here now. First visit was great! Second was nothing remarkable and the third was just terrible. Got there for a pedicure. They took me right away. The owner did my pedicure. He watched his phone on the floor or in a drawer the entire time. A couple of times he over filed a bit and I had to pull back because it hurt. Then he had me sit in the chair to dry this time. Then it happened… Another lady came in to get her toes done. He moved from my station to hers and used the exact same tools, clipper, cleaner tool, file, everything! No cleaning, no cleaning solution, no nothing! I was in horror. As I sat there drying I noticed another lady who also moved from one customer to another using the same little basket of tools for manicures. Gross! That’s how people get toe nail fungus and other funk. People could have diseases and you are spreading them! I wont risk a 4th visit here and I honestly hope the health department visits. Ewwww!!!

I’ve had my nails done in many locations around Milwaukee, and this place is sadly nothing special. I’m picky and expect great service and results because competition is so high. I got a shellac manicure with Angie. The hand massage consisted of just putting lotion on my hands/arms and rubbing it once or twice– not even rubbing all the lotion in. I thought she was just putting the lotion on first and then was going to go back and massage it in and she didn’t… I saw other people getting much better massages than me, though, from some male technicians. There was a bit of polish around my nails and fingers afterwards, too. She kept looking over my shoulder for customers coming in, so the whole thing felt a bit rushed and not personal. I asked for sparkle just at the end of my nails and ended up with it all over, which was fine but not what I wanted. Wouldn’t return necessarily. Very average if not below average experience.
