Located south of town on US Route 3. JB Scoops is a neat and fun ice cream parlor which features a 50 item make your own sundae bar which comes in 3 sizes ($ 5.51-$ 6.10-$ 7.62 plus 9% tax in 2009). Their homemade ice cream is really good featuring over 50 flavors including no– fat yogurt and sugar free in dishes, cones, and waffle cones, plus frappes and regular sundaes, brownie sundaes, and banana splits. A small cone starts at $ 3.15 with tax. Also for the pooch, they offer a Dog Dish ($ 2.50 plus tax) with vanilla ice cream and a dog biscuit. The Coffee Mocha Fudge ice cream really rocks for me on a nice hot day. There’s seating inside the parlor and outside picnic table seating around the building.
