Normally pretty good. Today was not the case. Ordered 2 salads, they gave the wrong dressing, and one of the salads was completely wrong. Figured I’d eat the garlic knots, opened it, and they were burnt(black)

Have ordered from here a ton of times. Usually something in the order is wrong. Tonight, it was my 36 piece chicken wings. Ordered them mild, came plain. Called and reported it. The guy said, I will have a delivery guy there in 10 mins with new wings. Instead, the guy I talked to drove to my house, took the wrong wings and left saying he was going to add the sauce. Unreal. When I called back to say forget it, he said I was a making unreasonable requests! I told him to void the payment for the wings and he gave me this attitude. He brought me the new receipt with the wings voided. I told him I would never order from him again, and he said that’s fine, we don’t need customers like you! Nasty fucking employees.

Definitely the worst place I’ve ever ordered from. If you live in the area grab Uptown or even Dominos. Order came 30 minutes late, freezing cold, and the order was all wrong. Disgusting food, and I would rather eat toenails. Not to mention I placed the order from Grubhub and the delivery guy is asking for cash even though I already paid(and tipped 15%!! What a mistake). Guy says he needs to use MYPHONE to call the store, letting my incorrect freezing order get even colder while I wait for him to finish using my minutes to correct his own error. Never eating here again. STAYAWAYUNLESSYOULIKETHROWINGAWAYMONEY.

What can I say… For a delivery/take out spot the food is great, no matter what I order. But other then that the food is always consistent. I’ve ordered from them a ton of times and they may have messed up an order once, but that didn’t make me not want to go back because people do make mistakes from time to time and they made up for it and I’ve ordered from them many times since. They are very nice and they deliver on time with the food hot. I work late so I call them because I need something good and quick. There have been times where I would call them last minute and its sometimes 15 minutes before they close and they never mind taking my order and delivering it to me. The delivery guy is always so nice and always double checks to make sure I have everything I need.

Oddly enough, I mostly order calzones, grinders, etc. from here than pizza. My boyfriend always gets their pizza, and has nothing but good things to say about it. On that note, the food is always great. We always order online, and get an estimated delivery time. Delivery is even faster than what they estimate. We sometimes include special instructions on how to prepare the food, and if there is any uncertainty, they ALWAYS call to double check that it gets made how we intended. Delivery drivers are super friendly! If there is a mistake made(like forgetting a soda, etc.), they are quick to fix it. Definitely recommend this place. I don’t order from anywhere else. Also, I highly recommend the Honeyspot Bread — delicious!

So, I’ve driven by this place multiple times, but I had yet to try them. It just so happens, I attended a birthday party where Honeyspot delivered the food. There was pizza, wings and chicken fingers to feast on. To my surprise, the food was pretty good. I wasn’t too crazy about the pizza sauce, but they didn’t overload it on the pizza, so it didn’t bother me much. After having a decent experience with them, we decided to give them another try and ordered from them today for lunch. I placed my order online, which I find is easier because by doing that, you know your order is put in correctly, you pay right there and even include the tip. When the delivery person shows up, they just hand you the food and they are on their way. I’ve ordered online with a lot of other establishments and never had an issue. This process sounds easy enough right? NO, not for this place. The food order was placed at 1:15 p.m. and I received confirmation that the estimated delivery time was between 2:10 — 2:20 p.m. 2:45 pm comes and still no food. At 2:50 pm, I placed a call to them and was told that they just received my order and had a screaming match with customer service at the company who provides the online ordering service. The man I spoke to apologized, but then stated to call next time because they hate when people order online as they always have issues. Ok, that’s fine, but how is that my problem? Sure there was an apology, but the statement made after that made it less sincere. Also, why was no courtesy call made to me to let me know what was going on? Another 50 min. later and the food finally arrived, however at the wrong door as the delivery instructions were ignored. We were given a free bottle of soda, which was nice, but not nice enough. After unwrapping the food, one of our orders was missing. Really, after all of this time they couldn’t get our order right? I had to call again and I was told they would send it right out. At 4:37 p.m. is when our missing order finally arrived. Yes, it took over 3 hours to get chicken wings, chicken fingers, onion rings and fries. The food was ok, but the wings were dry and the onion rings were oily. The chicken fingers were cut into squares that were the size of chicken nuggets and the curly fries lacked flavor. Never again will we order from this place. The food was not good enough to go through this hassle again. And when I call, I shouldn’t be made to feel like it was my fault for ordering online. If you don’t want people ordering online, don’t have that service as an option. Honeyspot’s tagline should read«If you want dinner, order at lunch time.»

When this place first opened a year or so ago the pizzas were the best. Lately that has not really been the case. I attempted to place an order for delivery tonight. I inquired about a sandwich and I got an answer about that sandwich. Next I ordered a specialty pizza, the same pizza I always order without incident, and that is when the infuriating misunderstandings occurred. There was silence on the other end and the phone went dead(I was put on hold apparently). When the guy came back on he asked something about eggplant. No… I repeated what I was looking to order. Clams Casino? No. um. Clams Casino? NO… repeated my pizza order, got put on hold again. When the phone was picked up again it was a different person, and I hoped that would be the end of the problem, until the guy asked if I wanted the Clams Casino pizza. 1) if English or listening is a problem for you, you should not be taking phone orders and 2) No means no, don’t keep saying the same wrong thing. I will give this place a few months before I even try to order from them again.

This place was great! Bought lunch for the office, everyone said their food was cooked great! One little mix up, added olives in stead of pickles, not sure where that got lost in translation, but still was good. We will be ordering from there again no doubt. Very good price as well!

Thus far I’ve had a few pizzas delivered from them, and they were quite good. My only gripe is that seem to skimp on toppings. Unfortunately, I’ve had some problems with their sandwiches. One meatball grinder arrived with a whole paper plate wedged inside it and stuck to all of the cheese. Another time, the grinder I ordered had so much sauce it had soaked through the bread entirely. The grinders were not worth the hassle, since they didn’t taste so great anyway. They claim to have the best Sicilian Pizza around, but I’ve yet to try it. I hesitate to even bother, since those kinds of claims are usually just so much BS anyway. I’m happy with the few thin crust, specialty pizzas I’ve gotten, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again from time to time.
