Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!
I ordered two large vanilla latte’s no foam. Easy order. They forgot to put the vanilla sweetener in them. So I took them back (5 mile dr), and told them that they were not right. Instead of correcting the issue, this person that I couldn’t tell if it was a male or female, handed me money back. I said I didn’t want my money just fix the order. The person replied «I don’t think I could make an order to your satisfaction».
At this point I didn’t care to let them try.

I love iced Americano. It’s a simple beverage but a hard one to perfect. But this place has managed to surprise me every time with a perfect, well balanced iced Americano, not overly bitter or watered down. With the first sip I knew it was the best Iced Americano I’ve ever had in my life. Which led me to go back two more times to see if it wasn’t a fluke and sure enough they were all great.

This Caribou has great service and the coffee is not over roasted like Starbucks. The dark chocolate mocha is also the best I’ve had.
