Any Lab Test Now

Well. This place is still a hazard to society! Cheryl just got her second dUI… How she is still in biz is a mystery. Probably cause she is servicing everyone involved! Apparently she doesn’t use her own tests … I would never have another test from this wacko!!! Stay away from her! Reputable labs don’t do what she does! Maybe her pilot boyfriends will take care of her. She is a danger to the public!

Horrible experience in Hallandale Fl. Had scheduled a 2 pm appointment online this past Saturday. It took me one hour to get there and arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment. The lady there said that they are closing and could not take me. I explained and showed her that i had an appointment email on my phone and her response was simply «I’m sorry» without any explanation. My feeling is that she wanted to leave early and began closing up too soon. I would give them a ⁰⁄₅ if it was possible.

DON’T VISIT THIS PLACE!
Never in my life have i been treated so rude and condescending. I brought my son for a lab test and because he doesn’t have a state issued ID card they wouldn’t give me any tests results in writing. I called in advance and was never informed of this. When i questioned it, I was told «they are not mind readers and what teenager doesn’t have an ID card». Again, I pushed the issue and the lady up front called someone else over and proceeded to berate her because she «didn’t read my mind» the day before”.
When I asked who the manager was, the lady said she was the owner. UNBELIEVABLE!

Very rude staff. Will never go back here. The staff can’t answer basic questions about the benefits of the shots they administer. After many sighs and eye rolls they refer you to their website or a pamphlet.
They were also very unclear and seemed annoyed about having to answer concerns about infection control. I’d be calling OSHA if I worked there.

I have been using Any Lab Test Now in Merrimack for three years, for myself and for several patients of mine. The staff and service has always been quick, friendly, clean, and efficient. They have always put me at ease for my draw (I am nervous around needles) and made sure I was comfortable. The prices for their tests are quite reasonable and much more affordable than testing done through some other local healthcare offices (I was charged $ 79 for a particular test at Any Lab Test, and had the same test done through a nearby naturopath, and was shocked to receive a bill for $ 717 for THE SAME TEST). I am sorry to read that someone else had a less than great experience with Any Lab Test Now, I have not had such experiences in the eight or so times I have used their services. I would happily recommend their services and facility and will continue to have my own testing done there.

Never will I go to this lab again! The nurse who initially was helping me was so incredibly rude and snide. She gave me the option to pay a discounted rate or send it off to insurance but I will not I know how much I would have to pay. It took me a bit to think about it. Every question I asked seemed to annoy her more and more. She told me «she didn’t like to repeat herself.» I asked for her supervisor’s contact info and she said with a smirk «I am the owner.» Flustered, I decided to submit to my insurance which ended up being much cheaper than their price. What incredibly poor customer service skills for a business owner to have!!! No one deserves to be treated the way I was!!! Find another lab!

I went here to get lab tests done for medication I needed. The nurse at the front desk said that the total would be $ 280. I had insurance and said my insurance company would pay $ 70 per lab visit and she said she would take insurance card and send it to Lab Corp, the company they deal with, stating, «I do not know how much it will be if you go through insurance».
A month later I receive a bill for $ 600. I called Any Lab Test Now, dumbfounded how it the bill came to twice as much, and the same nurse said, «This is why we always warn people saying we don’t know how much it will be. There is nothing we can do for you now.» They had billed each test individually instead of in the packages I was lead to believe I would receive.
I called Lab Corp and they said since Any Lab Test Now had sent the bill through there was nothing they could do.
Everyone I dealt with at both companies was terse and showed zero empathy. I would expect at the very least the nurses at Any Lab Test Now to be better trained to deal with people, but they practically blamed me — now I am out a few hundred dollars.
