Preferred Communities

Preffered communities is a scam HOA that overlooks property in El Mirage. They fine you for weeds in your yard but don’t have pictures to prove it even if you have pictures of your yard yourself showing no weeds you’ll still have to pay the fine. The community is riddled with gang tagging’s and blotches of paint that covers up old tagging’s. They say they don’t have the funds to get them painted… so where do the monthly HOA fees and fine $ go? HOA is supposed to make sure dipshits don’t park they’re truck on the lawn, paint the house and ugly color, etc… so it doesn’t lower the property value if thier neighbors. Unfortunately this company is all about putting the $ into their own pockets. Believe me the weeds and leaving your trash can out until a Tuesday morning aren’t lowering the value of the homes. It’s the graffiti, the dead bodies in alleys and police shooting’s…stop trying to take our hard earn money and get a real job.
