Ok don’t come to this chipotle in your life these little cashiers and servers are racist even to their own kind like they’re rude and when I asked for a sample of sofritas, they gave me a really small piece literally the size of a bean I’m like how am I supposed to taste it!!! Plus when they serve you your meat option they don’t put enough they put half the serving they’re supposed to ! This is crazy, the food ain’t bad but the employees mumble things about your choices.

My experience at the Chipotle in Mesquite is always the same. The turnover for the employees there is ridiculous. The service is becoming very poor, I know the retail and food experiences in Mesquite is slacking just based on demographics of the area. But I love chipotle :( The problems are the employees play around way to much and cannot pay attention to making my order. Not only that but the restrooms were gross and wet floors. I went to dry my hands but since the towels were placed on the urinal it defeats the purpose. This place is just going down the drain more and more throughout time. I will be sending this up to corporate as well.

So, it was my 1st visit to a Chipotle. I found the food to be just ok. Just a little on the flavorless side, but I think I selected the wrong meat choice. What does stand out in my head was the service. Coming through the line, not totally knowing what to do, or what the stuff to choose from was, I asked. The 1st server, walked away. Her coworkers had to tell her 3 times that she had a line to take care of, before she turned back around to tend me. The next station, I was in mid question about those toppings and that server walked off too! A completely different server had to come over to tend to me and help me finish up my order. The cashier upsold me a bag of nacho chips, but lacked in upselling me guacamole, which would’ve tasted great on the flavorless chips. So, while I won’t return to this Chipotle, my friend has asked me to try another and I will, someday.

My first time eating here in a while, and it hit the spot!!! I got the chicken bowl loaded with all the fix-ins. To top it off I got a side of chips and salsa. I don’t know what it is they sprinkle on their chips but it is addicting! I’ve honestly never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist me which makes for an enjoyable experience.

I must say, after the whole food controversy thing, Chipotle has raised the quality of their food. I tasted it in the flavor of the steak n carnitas I had in the bowl. The guacamole and all veggies n rice had a great taste of freshness. Way to bring back your quality of food.

Every single time I come to this particular location I’m floored with how crappy the service is. I fully understand that they’re trying to work quickly but that shouldn’t be an excuse for poor customer service. The manager that was there today(I don’t know his name) was extremely rude. When I asked for extra cheese he rolled his eyes(yes, a grown man rolling his eyes like a school girl), and give me the smallest possible pinch of additional cheese. Everytime I come here I say that it’ll be my last time but this is the closest location to my house and I absolutely crave Chipotle at times so I give them another try. I really wish someone from their corporate office would take notice of all these complaints and DOSOMETHINGABOUTIT. This isn’t a new problem, it’s been going on for over a year. They need to better screen their employees and especially their management team.

The food is good, but my online orders have been messed up more than once. The manager, Jessica, is incredibly rude. On 12.9, there was an issue with another customer yelling and threatening me over politely telling her 2 yr old grandson to go back to his father after he wandered away and came up to me. They were not paying attention to him, which was odd, and even more odd that someone would go crazy over a stranger telling a child to go back to his parents. The manager Jessica not only did nothing about it, but also was very rude. I felt threatened by the situation and am uncomfortable going back, which is disappointing since Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants.

The line in this Chipotle is unbelievably long most of them time so I just sit down and order online instead of standing in line. The food is great obviously but this time the steak was hard as a rock. The location is terrible. There’s a lot of other businesses around so there’s not a lot of parking.

Ok it’s Chipotle. The food is great. But this location is awful!!! The line is always soooo long. Even at 11am there is a line outside waiting for them to open. It’s bananas. But yay for people loving good food. #1 Most workers don’t know English. I get a veggie bowl with no meat or dairy. So when I asked for extra rice, veggies or beans, they don’t do it. And I now know why. They don’t understand. Today’s visit when I asked for more, the cashier noticed that the lady doing my bowl wasn’t giving me more, so the cashier told the lady ‘mas’(more). I was stunned. #2 I order tortillas on the side and I never get them. Every single time. Fail. #3 The inside line is the longest you will see. All the time. It’s like going to six flags and waiting in line for the best ride out there. Sheesh. Expect to wait. #4 Call-in/app/web orders. I don’t know why I waste my time doing these. My order is NEVER ready when I get there. I do these to avoid the long lines, since I can go straight to the cashier for pick up. But every time, I end up waiting 15 – 20 minutes for my app order. Ridiculous. This location is obviously very popular due to its location by the mall and other shopping areas, but it really needs to get its act together. I will stick to another location.

I pick up from here at least twice a week and I have to say the food is always fresh and delicious. I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years and I have to say that it has gotten better with online orders and the staff are most of time friendly. The manager Jennifer is the best! I love chipotle and will continue to come to this location.

I hate this location its alot of young people here and their always joking talking not even paying attention to your order I asked for extra rice and beans and they were moving so fast and ended putting my bowl together constanly asking me WHATELSE I wasn’t even finished it was like really I wanted extra when you ask them for extra they get an attitude the manager is never around I came prior to them almost closing when they finally locked the door it was party time they blast up the music and started joking and talking as if their wasn’t any customers!!! Not happy at all

okay the food is great!(duh, it’s a chipotle) However, my biggest concern and disappointment is the wait and service. the past few times I visited this particular location the line is almost out the door. I decided to suck it up and work on my patience… the first time seemed like I would never get to eat. it took quite a while. the second visit I timed the wait in line and clocked it at approximately 19 minutes! so if you do visit, then I suggest you go when you’re not hungry… because by the time you get your burrito, then you’ll be starving!

The line was almost to the door and it took us 25 minutes to get through it. My husband ordered the barbacoa bowl. The meat was so watery and tasted like the put a pound of salt and cumin in it. It was horrible! He took 2 bites and left it. I told him to go tell the manager but he was so frustrated that we left. My daughter had the steak burrito and the beans were runny and watery in the burrito and caused the whole thing to be soggy and gross. Also, while we were in the line, they piled a mound of lettuce on the burrito. We kept telling them no lettuce and they just looked at t and wrapped up the burrito. My husband finally yelled NOLETTUCE and they stopped and looked at him and just stood there like they didn’t know what to do. Finally, after about 5 minutes, they made another one without lettuce. I had the chicken bowl. The chicken was good but the beans had no flavor & they put way too much lettuce on it and hardly give you any chicken. Also, I was right in the middle of getting tea and the employee came over, got in front of me and started cleaning up around where the tea was. Really!!! That was rude! We just spent 30 bucks on garbage! At least give us a second to get our drinks before you jump in front of me and start cleaning! I have always loved Chipotle! We have not had it in a really long time & I was SHOCKED that they have went down hill like this. We won’t be back. So disappointing!

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! This teen called me SIR and laughed and did not remove the smirk from her face. I am clearly a CHICK, and I was holding my son. Seriously. She can thank god that I’m a law abiding citizen and a mother, and did not kick her a**! I walked out and will NEVER go to this location again. RUDE. They jip you on the meat anyway, and when you agree to pay extra for«extra» meat, they only add a shot glass amount. Screw that. Those employees(surprised they have jobs) need to work on their soft skills and interpersonal skills. Train them!

Chipotle is one of my main food groups and this is my go-to lunch spot during the week… I go so much they recognize me. they should give me a punch card. 4 stars cuz they suck in customer service… they have like 10 people in an assembly lunch behind the counter during lunch rush hour where like the line goes out to door and stops in mexico but they way they rush your order and throw things together like there is no tomorrow is pretty annoying… you have to literally get on their AZZ about slowing down and giving you what you want otherwise it’s like boom boom boom you don’t even know what you ordered and it’s piled up, wrapped up and handed to you. NOTEVERYONEWANTSSOURCREAMBBB slow the EFF down… if you’re a first time chipotle visiting, GOSOMEWHEREELSE. this place is for professionals only.
