Wonderful place with excellent staff. I have had many massages there and not once did I have a negative experience. They are always friendly and helpful. Linda and Latifa have been two of my favorites.

This was a very nice Massage Envy, dont let the outside fool you! I just had the best massage from Dorine(Doreen?!). I would highly recommend her! She does a great medium pressure massage and is very professional. Go see her!

1st time visiting this location & I wish that the experience would have been a bit better :/. I arrived 5 minutes early & quickly filled out the paperwork. I then waited in the«tranquility» room, which was not very tranquil at all(with heavy lighting) for 10 minutes, the massage therapist came to get me at 3:40 when my appt began at 3:30p. He walked me to the room & I advised that I wanted to get my full hour & that I would be ready quickly to begin. I then waited another 5 minutes for him to return. The massage was good however he started with asking personal questions that have nothing to do with providing a massage service. He also paused & walked out of the room because he forgot the aromatherapy. Once he got rolling he was good, however it just took way to long for us to get going. I might be back, as the location is close to home but I would prefer another masseuse.

I never had a problem scheduling or receiving my massage. BUT when I tried cancelling my membership, it was a fiasco. They did not seem to want to help at all, so I reached out to a local Massage Envy here in GA. They took it upon themselves to call this location to assist me in cancelling my membership. While I would not recommend this particular site due to their poor customer service, I would HIGHLY recommend the Peachtree City, GA Site!!!

This was my first time at Massage Envy and while the quality of my massage was good, my overall experience left a lot to be desired. I redeemed a gift card I had gotten from a friend after a few particularly stressful weeks at work. The front desk staff had been very helpful in scheduling my appointment over the phone. Once I arrived for my appt, I filled out a standard questionnaire, but I felt it was strange once the desk staff proceeded to go over my answers out loud with me in the lobby. I waited about 10 minutes for my massage therapist, who I heard confirm my name with the desk staff. My masseuse was very nice, spent about 5 minutes going over my intake form, literally reading back what I had already filled out. She made a couple of recommendations for the actual massage treatment and things I could do at home, which I thought was jumping the gun. The quality of the massage really was great, but everyone knows it’s the little things that tip the pro/con list. A few minutes into my massage, after I’d gotten settled and relaxed(mentioning that I was already feeling sleepy), my masseuse began chatting with me about my exercise habits. Because I’d mentioned a tough workout I’d had earlier that day, I assumed it was to clarify for my massage and entertained the question. This led to her suggesting I try yoga, which led to her recommending that I take at least two baths a week, which led to her recommending I cut all flour from my diet in order to lose weight. It was tough to be totally offended by the discussion, as I really felt like she didn’t mean any harm. However, as a professional, I was disappointed — giving unsolicited advice, especially of the diet/weight loss nature, to a potential new client in the middle of a massage is just bad business. On top of that, she kept mispronouncing my name(several different ways, might I add) while she encouraged me to sign up as a member. No way! My hour ended quickly enough and upon leaving I fought off several attempts from the front desk staff to get me to sign up for a membership. Overall, I was disappointed — and I don’t even blame the staff at this particular location. From everything I’ve read, this company is sketchy and their sole intention is to make money through selling memberships. While the thought of a monthly massage is great, first impressions are everything. I’d rather spend more money for a higher quality experience once in a while than factor this place into my monthly budget.

Last time I was there was over a year ago. The table was hard and very uncomfortable. The therapist talked most of the time I was getting my massage and I also had to listen to the gurgling sounds coming from her stomach when she was leaning over me. I didn’t have the heart to say anything to her. Never going back!

Really good massage(depending on the masseuse you get) for reasonable prices. Even better deals when you’re a member. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend checking it out.

Not sure if my massage therapist did something or my body is stupid, but he messed with my knees and now I’m wearing a knee brace to work. Initially went due to shoulder pain, but it’s still in pain. Worth a try. Very soothing, once you get in the room. The front staff was loud. There’s not too much parking due to its location in a small but crowded strip mall.

Visited this location twice on a recent stop in New Orleans. Had two different therapists. Both were very different, but both were very effective in helping me to iron out some trouble spots before I got back on the road to Texas. Also had my first Murad facial at this clinic and that was a very positive experience. Very professional and I learned a lot about my skin. Buying products was tricky, as even my aesthetician was overwhelmed by the choices, but we sorted it out. The reception staff was always helpful and cheerful, and made me feel welcome.

I booked a thirty minute massage today, just something basic to focus on my neck and shoulders. The girls up front were nice, I was offered water, and they explained how the services would work very well. The therapist was on time and communicated with me well also. The only drawback to the whole experience was that the therapist’s hands were cold. I’ve had many massages in my life, but never one with cold fingers. Definitely not something to have repeated.
