This store has terrible customer service. The staff is arrogant and rude. Returning online items is virtually impossible even though online says it is not an issue. There are much better options in South Beach.

I just visited Club Monaco because I was interested in an item that I found online. The sales associate informed me that it is only sold in NY and because it’s the weekend (Friday afternoon) she isn’t able to call the store to have it shipped to me; but that I could call myself. What? This is customer service?
How very charitable of them, to let me call myself! Perhaps I can fill in while they go on break for lunch also!
Needless to say, they lost a sale and a customer.

This store from our maple leaf upstairs neighbor is always an easy place to pick up some good pieces. I usually scan their website and then head to the store especially for simple, preppy-​ish looks. They have good sales so do your best to head to the back of the store and then walk towards the front.
I know you might thinking. what? Isn’t that place kinda boring and the answer is nooooo it isn’t. It’s actually minimall, chic. Besides I always get compliments on the accessories I buy here. Plus the staff is never pushy instead they are friendly and helpful.
