I have been there many times since couple years ago and I had a good customer service experience but Something changed during the last 6 months aprox. When I go there to take a look to the new collections and want to buy something, you never see any sales person or associate, and if they are close they don’t even say hello to you. they just passed by. one time I went 20 min. before the store closing time and I was the only customer there, a female employee saw me and did not say anything just waited till I put a feet by the entrance on my way out to quickly close the doors. after that I visited more times and never been greeted and of course not been help. Corporate should do something quickly because the lack of customer service or courtesy is going to affect this store.

they do not do alterations, but recommended a great place around the corner. super friendly and knowledgeable staff. good selection for men and women. their suits fit like a glove and don’t cost a bundle.

Was here last Saturday(the day I was at Aldo) and had a really great shopping experience. Benetton has always been one of my favored stores. Their clothing is classic and timeless. You can NEVER go wrong with Benetton, and you will ALWAYS look chic. Walked in with a couple of guys and we all went our seperate ways to find our tastes. Within minutes I had a couple of things in hand, and an associate assisting me along the way. For each item I picked out, he(and I am SO sorry I don’t remember his name) found the perfect accessories, and other items to go with it(so if I picked a shirt, he would grab some pants to match, etc.). He also made sure to find my right size and even went as far as to look in the back(GASP!) when I couldn’t find my size in something I really liked. As I tried on the items we had selected, he brought a few more things he thought would look nice or fit right. I LOVE that kind of customer service. On point and yet not overwhelming or overbearing. The perfect amount of attention and space. Needless to say, I walked out of there with a few items and a HUGE smile on my face.
