I gave this place a second chance after the manager reached out to me. They’ve made some staff changes from my first visit. I was really wowed by their great customer service, and the fact they contacted me to make things right. It’s hard to find companies that appreciate your business enough to do that. I’m now the proud owner of a cute and comfy sleep set, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Great quality product and very luxurious.

Delicate and über-​feminine. That’s Eberjey in a nutshell. From lingerie to pajamas to swimwear and cover-​ups, Eberjey has it all. The South Beach store is bright and airy, and the staff is friendly and eager to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
Don’t be intimidated if you don’t see the size or color you’re looking for on display — they usually have everything in the back, so just ask.
Prices are high, but for some of the softest pajamas and cutest prints on swimwear, it’s worth it. Another bonus is that they’ll order anything from their online store to pick up at the store. And no obligation to purchase it once it’s there.
When you’re browsing around the Sunset Harbour neighborhood, definitely pop in to Eberjey.

I went into eberjay on Friday for the second time and was greeted by a girl named sabina. She helped me out a few months ago when I bought lingerie there. First off the lingerie is beautiful and pretty reasonably priced. The service has been great both times. The girl working got me the sizes I wanted and showed me other options. I left without purchasing anything but I absolutely love the store and will be back to splurge next time.
