Well, I had 2 horrible experiences on their website.
Attempt #1
I ordered, gave credit card, got transaction number, They say they never received nor will they ship the product.
Attempt # 2.
I tried to order, called to make sure SET OF TWO meant 2 chairs. FYI, Set of TWO means 1 chair. The only reason I called to double check was because of Attempt # 1. If I did check out, I would have received 1 chair and not 2.
The place is run by idiots and every time I ask them to call me back, they email me. I have given them my number at least 5 times and I got zero calls.
Dont Bother wasting your time or money. Use someone else. Anyone else.

I ordered a rug and the website did not indicate it was on back order. After waiting 7 days I did the live chat and they said it would be sent out shortly. An hour after talking I receive an email saying it is on back order. I contacted Live Chat again and they didn’t know what was happening. And they charged my credit card. So then I called customer service and they gave me the absolutely drop dead date it would be sent. That date came and went and still nothing. I contacted again and they have no idea where the rug is. it’s now been three weeks. I cancelled the order because this place is so incompetent and has no idea what is going on. Don’t order from there!
