This place is CLOSED and OUT OF BUSINESS as of ¹⁰⁄₂₀₁₃. No need to consider anymore in light of this fact.

The food is still decent here, but the issue is the management there is very poor. They answer the phone half of the time, and are generally rude and difficult to deal with. I just called at 11:48am today, and they told me they were not open and they would open in an hour. This is not the first time, this place will fail unless they get their act in order!

Like another reviewer noted, this is not a traditional Chinese restaurant. The owners are Latino, and they blast techno /​dance music making it nearly impossible to «dine in». Or in my case, very uncomfortable.
When I purchased my Groupon, I was expecting a sit-​down establishment with a waitstaff. This is a take-​out joint with a few tables for those that can stand the noise.
The food was nothing spectacular. It tastes pretty much like all other Chinese take-​out restaurants. That is, it did not disappoint.
The location is an issue for me. I do not live 1 block away from this place, and the parking is a nightmare. I had to park in the Public Parking Lot by the beach on 64^th street and Collins.
The prices were not too expensive, although you can get the same quality (if not better) Chinese food at other near-​by establishments for less.
If you are looking for something where you can sit and eat in relative peace, try East Ocean on 71^st, formerly known as Fu Manchu. I order from there all of the time, and the delivery times are reasonable.

Best Chinese in the neighborhood! (NoBe) Tried several different dishes and I’m sticking to the Mongolian beef & chicken fried rice.
Delivery can be frustrating but the staff is apologetic and sincere.
So if your in the area looking for fast Americanized Chinese take out this is the place to go!

Their fried rice alone is worth trying this place. I was disappointed by the soup though. The menu is pretty basic Americanized takeout Chinese. But they get a star added for being practically across the street from our house and the service is always friendly when we go there. It’s still a decent neighborhood spot.

This place is a dump. Stay home. Save your money. Bad food in styrofoam boxes and plastic forks. Lo mein is just plain noodles, not even chinese food. The fastfood Chinese in the mall has better food than this place. I’d write more, but they will go bankrupt before you read it.

Ordered dinner and asked for a glass of water. The counter guy said the water in the restaurant was so filthy it would make you sick and refused.
Food was cafeteria edible.
No reason to go back.

Ordered food for delivery and took over one hr when they say 45 min to one hr. The food was ordered a few blocks from their location and to make it worse they went to the wrong building to deliver, making it even longer. Food was ok.
