Went for a bob and got my hair chopped and ruined! my hair is completely destroyed!!! I called back to speak with someone to see if they could fix my hair and the guy that answered the phone was like” sure I fix it for you” avoid this unprofessional establishment! Pay extra if you have to! I had my hair below my waist and now it’s all ruined!!!

I went to get a pedi. I paid $ 27 and the lady when she finished applying the last coat of nail polish, threw me out, she would not even offer me to stay at least until my toes were dry. She was really rude and not friendly at all. She said «thank yoooou» and that’s it. If I’m going to pay $ 27 for a pedicure at least it’s going to be somewhere else where I know I’m going to get treated better. I don’t know her name but she was blonde, Dominican looking. NEVER AGAIN! 0 stars!

I flew to Miami to attend a wedding and made an appt at VIP Hair Studio to do my hair. The studio was recommended to me by my friend. My hair looked absolutely fantastic. My highlights were amazing and everyone in the beauty salon was so helpful. I will definitely go there again when I am in Miami.
