Domino’s Pizza

Ordered a medium pizza, a specialty chicken, and a set of lava cakes today for delivery.
Eventually my wife and I realized the food still had not arrived an hour after ordering it. I called the store and spoke with a manager who seemed rather short and blamed it on an «accident» on the main road and then hung up. The store is only 10minutes from our house.
When our food did finally arrive, about 10 min after calling the store, it was COLD. I’m not really a fan cold pizza myself.
So with all of that and the feeling the manger couldn’t care less, a review seemed to be the next step.
UPDATE: Dominos customer service contacted me about this review and wanting to make it right. I am all for that. But after two different people emailing I was told my contact info was going to be sent to Miami office so they could fix it… that was 9 days ago. Zero contact since. If the «Miami office» is the same store I originally ordered from, it just goes to show that someone over there is ruining the business and not doing their job.

Whenever I’ve ordered online the pizza has been delivered while it’s still super hot and they always get it right. I have always had a good experience with the food and service.

online order they got it wrong and then tell me I’m lucky I even got my order considering its Halloween and there busiest day. What do I care if its there busiest day they got my order wrong. I should be like ohh well I’m grateful I even got a pizza considering to day is Halloween?

Me and all my guest were disappointed with this locations service.

Got 2 pizzas for my kids and one looked super burnt. I asked to have it changed and the cashier gave me attitude. Luckily the cook was cool and had no problem. The cashier seemed a bit «off» so I didn’t take it personal, but not a great first impression.

Well this a very nice restaurant! Srategic location, and the food is delicious!
