I work near by & eat here almost weekly. This place is always dirty, trash overflowing & litter all over the floor.
Always disorganized at the register, resulting in a long line & wait.
The staff is pretty rude too. Always act as if they are doing me a favor. This last visit the girl at the register not only didnt greet me, but didn’t even make eye contact, except when she stood there looking at me with a «what do you want?» Look on her face.
Being from Miami you come to expect bad service, but some is worse than others. This place has to be in the top 10 of crappy service.
Food is ok, it’s what you expect from a KFC.

The worst customer service by drive thru. My order was wrong, I returned and the woman at drive thru corrected the order but very rude. This is the norm at this place.
