Mama Caruso’s

This is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The original Mama Caruso pizza has basil, red onions, bacon, mozarella, prosutto and mushrooms. It’s definitely to die for.

The taste of the pizza was ok but it arrived undone. Never had experienced a delivery like this before!!! Do not expect to order from here again

Absolutely horrible customer service. After a very long time of being a faithful patron I was shocked after i purchased a philly cheese steak double meat double cheese mushrooms peppers onions and banana peppers and a chicken parmasean dinner double meat and paid $ 31.00 plus a delivery charge found no extra meat or cheese or veggies in the sandwich or any double meat for the chicken dinner called them to notify them of the situation to rectify it. They sent the driver back with only a new sandwich and as i asked where the chicken dinner was he told me they didnt give it to him. I then gave the driver another $ 5 as this was not his fault and gave him the chicken dinner back along with the sandwich i waited for an hour and a half only to call them back myself and come to find out that they were not going to send me mybfood and told if i wanted my food they would send me the original donner and that the driver requested another $ 4 and would not return my money unlessbi went in person so after paying the delivery charge plus a $ 5 tip the first time and another $ 5 the next visitvhe refused to bring me my food or money. Not to mention when I called they refuse to let me talk to a manager saying that they were not there or the owner was not there then came to find out that the owner was there but never decided to talk to me. This is how they handle business absolutely hard and will never ever go back!!!

This place has the worst service ever super slow and no respect for customers it’s!!!

Having a blast! This guys is so dope he allowed us to order a pizza that was very specific! Two slices of cheese, two slices of jalapeño, pineapple and cheese and the rest of the pie pineapple and cheese. Not only did he agree to do it, he was enthusiastic and that always adds joy to the experience! ^_^

Pizza is edible… Stay away from everything else. Garlic bread was hard as a rock, the pasta was terrible. On top of all of that, they’re over priced.

food is great, service is horrendous especially for local businesses. the guy answering the phone is really polite and helpful… not!!! really should think about having someone that actually wants to take your order not give you a reason to hang up and order somewhere else.

Cool spot! The new guy Ty is awesome. Great service! He suggested lots of good food and the other guys seemed cool too. I’ll def be back just for the service

So there’s this AMAZINGLY AWESOME GUY there name Tyrone and he is soooo frickin stupendous at his job. I went from 2 philly subs and a side of fries to 3 subs, a side of fries, a salad, and 24 wings. ^.^ He is so attentive and patient and the most professional yet funny guy ever! My food just got here but I already want to hop on the phone with him again. You may have noticed I didn’t mention the food. That’s because hands down this is the best place ever!

If you want to pick up ok I guess please be very specific with your order and if you speak Spanish order in Spanish delivey order 2 hours ahead of time they use an independent contractor so takes twice as long

I live around the corner and have ordered pizza from here about 10 times in the past 6 months. They’re great and kinda feel bad other people have rated them so low… the pizza is really good. Delivery is also pretty decent (never too late at all)

I ordered the lunch special today for two pasta’s&2 side salads and 2 drinks for $ 13.99.
The pasta was the worst pasta I ever had. The baked ziti wasn’t baked at all, but just ziti&ricotta & a tad of a watery marina sauce. There was no cheese melted on top. No flavor.
The eggplant parmigiana pasta was terrible. The eggplant had melted cheese and was in a container with spaghetti. The spaghetti had no sauce on it and was watery.
Zero Stars!

Fantastic food ordered on GrubHub. Was on time, hot, and extremely TASTY! Will order again and again!

Honestly this a decent place to get pizza in the area late at night. Pizza is great fresh. The service here is terrible though, always have issues with pickup or deliveries so I recommend just eating in.

I can’t even give this place 1 star. I’d rather starve than order from this place. The only positive I can say is that their open late. However, the food is sub par. The service is the worst part. It is the epitome of shitty miami service. I ordered off the menu and I even verified the price over the phone. Approximately an hour later the driver arrives with my credit card receipt for 21.99 for an item that costs 8.99??? Unless delivery costs 10 dollars then I was overcharged. However, the bitch of a manager could have cared less. Her only explanation was that a veggie calzone on the menu doesn’t include the price for the veggies. However, I never specified any specific veggies apparently ever item stated on the menu is an additional charge. I’m sorry but why make a menu then? This place should be shut down because the idiots who run/​own it should learn a thing or two about costumer service. I had to file a dispute with my cc company because the refused to charge me the correct price.

Gia M, imagine no more (and be thankful)! Worst pizza and mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had. Reminded me of the SNL «commercial» for «Almost Pizza». If you’ve eaten this pizza and thought it was OK, you have lived in Miami far too long. We ordered basil on our pizza. It came with some sort of basil sauce squirted on top. Order if you need some perspective.

This place is a joke and the kid working there is a real A**hole. I called and asked what their delivery policy is. His response «You order, we deliver». I then asked if there was a minimum amount or a delivery charge and he responds «Well how cheap do you wanna go?» with attitude. Who says that?! I then hung up and called again to speak to the manager and the kid says that he is the only person working there so that makes him the manager. I asked at what time the manager will get there and he responds «Why? are you trying to get me in trouble?» and then hangs up on me and wont pick up when I call again. This place needs serious help and I plan to call every day until I get the owner. If this is the quality of their customer service (or lack there of), I can only imagine what their food is like.
