Love this place! It’s so cozy and the coffee selection is great! I don’t think I’ve ever had so many options as getting a delicious cup of heaven. The staff was really nice and I can’t wait to go back.

This place was such a disappointment! The crepes were hard and folded so much it was barely filled. It should be called a hard pancake. They took forever to serve us. The water didn’t even have ice. I think they only had one waitress doing everything. She was nice but her service was too slow. I can definitely say I won’t be coming back here. Go to the crêpe connection for good crepes. Worth the drive.

This has to be the WORST breakfast experience I have ever had. I went with my wife because she noticed the Groupon. It took us at least 45 minutes to even get a water. It took an hour to get coffee. The guy on the guitar took up the little space they had with his slow and bad music. We were hoping maybe the food would be ok. Then we got the food. It was disgusting and not cooked. We got the ends of bread for toast(not toasted), the eggs were not cooked. My french toast was burnt. The bacon was not cooked. The eggs Benedict eggs was not even close to a poached egg. The girls serving you were clueless. She said she would bring me scrambled eggs. She brought me back some over cooked slop in a plastic cup! The eggs look like something I would serve my dog. See below. The girls next to us had been waiting an hour and a half for coffee! Their artwork was old shoes hanging from the ceiling like a drug deal. Seriously?!

dessert crêpe $ 6.50 a nutella crêpe! :(it starts at $ 5 and you add $ 1.50 for each topping. Expensive! the crepes are not real authentic crepes and are quite small… it was a try though.

Inexpensive and vegetarian friendly neighborhood gem. The coffee shop has a new age San Francisco feel, with a focus on light and healthy fare to boot. Brunch served all day(my kind of place) with daily specials like bacon cheese and tomato crepes or roasted butternut squash soup. I love that they offer lots of build your own omelets, rice bowls or crepes. For $ 10 you can have a healthy, non heavy meal. Add a mini Nutella cupcake for $ 1.50 or go all out and build your own dessert crêpe with tons of add ons to choose. I had the brown rice bowl loaded with stir fried veggies and tofu. Curry sauce comes on the side, tasty, healthy and vegan. I chose my crêpe«naked» with a side of caramel sauce. It came out freshly made, dusted with powdered sugar. The caramel sauce was amazing and the crêpe perfect. Warm, soft, fork tender. None of those dry, crispy edges you can’t get a fork through. This will be my go to spot for those nights I want breakfast for dinner or a simple vegan meal. The only downside is the neighboring bars get quite noisy.

Amazing service, food and ambiance. Had the eggs Benedict, Moloko crêpe with mixed fruit. Both amazing and evident it was fresh with a homemade taste. Great special on the mimosa, a bottle of champagne and OJ for 19.95. Staff very friendly, owner even stopped by our table to check up on us. Thanks to Patrick(owner), Patricia and Efrain. See you again real soon. William & Adriana

What took me sooo long to find this plaCe? Oh yeah I just started Unilocaling! Sooo thanks to our wonderful Unilocal community for introducing me to this crêpe oasis. And thanks to Ashley and the rest of the staff for being soo wonderful to us on our first visit. Moloko is the master of crepes and coffee(bc its panther delicious). They have an awesome array of crepes that are out of this universe. They make the crepes look so beautiful that I dont even wanna destroy and eat it. Maybe a picture oughta do the trick. I cant wait to try their milkshakes too. And if I go into a mini diabetic coma, they have comfy couches in the back to suit my needs. I just wish they had much comfy couches to rest my man humps. But for now, it will do. I luv Moloko.

Make this artsy little haven your next coffee-date location. If you’re lucky, the sofa in the very back will be free for the taking. Enjoy a milkshake(we opted for chocolate with a scoop of nutella and whipped cream! $ 6) and made an evening out of playing Apples-to-Apples and checking out the books and other games they have for your entertainment. Expect mixed results with service though, some were friendlier and more attentive than others. But there’s enough sweetness to go around between the cappuccinos and pastries that it makes up for somewhat under ripe hospitality. We’ll be going back to try the breakfast!

My husband and I are pretty much regulars there. I love the bird catcher and their coffee. The guava and cream cheese crêpe is also to die for. There’s a bit of a wait typically for the food but the staff and servers there are super nice and great to talk to. Also I love the artsy ambiance. They typically display art there that is made by local Miami artists so I love that about them. The displayed art is even for sale. Great place for brunch or happy hour too. They have wine and beer specials that are worth going to.

Some girlfriends and I had just finished eating dinner at Mercadito a few blocks away and on this rare chilly Miami night we started to crave Starbucks. The nearest ones were already closed seeing as it was almost 11pm. So Unilocal lead us to Moloko, I didn’t even read any of the reviews! We were just cold and it was close by so we hurried over there! It was LOVE at first sight! Moloko is a Hawaiian-esque Coffee/Tea bar with a bookshelf and food and even drinks like wine and beer! Almost everything comes straight from Hawaii and the service is so personal and friendly, no matter who you speak with! The owner Patrick is such a personality! He made the experience so delightful! I ordered the Flirt With Me a green rooibos tea, fruity mixture. It had Mango, papaya and orange fruits blended with sweet rose petals and passion fruit. I didn’t even need to add extra sugar because it was already the perfect amount of sweetness! The teas come in a gravity style tea infuser, which is so cool to watch(especially if you are easily amused as I am haha)! You place the infuser on top of your cup and you watch it pour in(almost like magic except not really). Be careful not to let it overflow! It almost happened to me, thankfully my friends were quick enough to stop it! Haha. Since Miami is getting chilly, I’m exited to go in next time and try the Nutella hot chocolate! Yum! 5 stars definitely! The vintage feel and art work and bookshelf makes me want to rate it 6 stars but Unilocal won’t allow for that lol Snaps to you Moloko! My new go to place!

Despite all the negative reviews about this place, I decided to give it a shot. To my surprise however, I found the service to be adequate for the kind of place/setting/ambiance…decoration is wonderful, reminds me of an underground bar in New York City. Coffee was delicious and they did have some fine delicacies to satisfy my sweet tooth… Come on, people… it isn’t so bad. I would actually recommend this place to anyone looking to have a quiet catch up evening with friends on a Friday night. Very accommodation and relaxed.

Ordered two crepes, a build your own and the mango curry concoction. Both were skimpy for $ 12ea and the curry was awkwardly pungent with strange seasoning on the chicken. Sent back the mango curry crêpe and was told we should leave it on the table so as to not upset the cook or whoever is high and mighty back in the kitchen. Ordered a sweet crêpe with Nutella and an American coffee to cleanse our palettes of the terribleness. Both of these were fine but I guess it would be hard to mess up Nutella and coffee. Check came and they had the nerve to still charge me half for the crêpe that we sent back… that’s just bad form. Comp the crêpe. Wanted to like this place more because it’s cool looking and small, but that doesn’t give you a handicap for subpar food and awkward conflict resolution.

LOSTINSPACE! Is the first sentence that comes to mind when I thing of this place! Must mention first that the Food was fantastic! However, their staff is so lost in space and they lack basic training 1000% I usually give places the benefit of the doubt for X or Y reason; but when you have to send back your«American Coffee» 3 times… Houston you know you have a problem… How difficult is to get American Coffee right? Right? Our order was taken by one waiter, who was never seen again… Then a young lady who kept sweet talking to us by calling us Honey and Sweetie… was a bit annoying… Unless you are in a Waffle House in the deep south, there us no reason to call your customers by using adjectives of items not available at your establishment. We asked for some Marmalade or Jam and they didn’t have either… «Sorry Honey, no Jam» So did she have Honey? LOL… After a longer than necessary wait, our food arrived. I ordered Cinnamon Swirl toasts as my side and I got wheat bread instead. At this point I was afraid of asking for the right bread… For the 3rd time my American Coffee was still not right… I am not trying to be bitter or to send bad vibes to this place… But if they don’t step it up with a basic training to their staff, the place will continue to be a bit disastrous. A shame since the food was fantastic and I must say worth waiting over 30 minutes for… So in summary, Great food, great location, décor is amazing… Prepare for a LOOOONG wait and a staff that will even forget to refill your water on a hot summer day… or provide a spoon for your less than right american coffee…

Starbucks meets Crêpe Factory with beer available for those inclined. This is a different kind of coffee shop. I’m not sure I can truly call it a coffee shop because of their special extras. When you walk in, you quickly realize how tiny it is; it’s very narrow, yet long. Brunch, lunch, dinner, deserts, all day. Crepes are made fresh and if you sit at the bar, you can have one with your beer(or even if you sit outside). I’ve been here a few times and I look forward to every visit. Bottom Line: I’m not a crêpe connoisseur, but I can quickly become one.

Shhhh… I got a secret… You didn’t hear it from me… but if you like them on Facebook, you can get a free coffee… but you have to like them in front of them(so no repeat free stuff) lol. They have dangerously yummy desserts and comfy chairs… we had to move to the hard seats so that I didn’t let my butt grow eating up in there. I love the décor… I love books — and libraries — and coffee — so basically, I was pretending this was my home. One thing… the bathroom area is a bit scary lol — mainly because I watch too many scary movies. The light works on motion — so if no one is back there the lights are out. and it takes a few seconds jumping up and down before it registers you are there. So in those two seconds it takes for the lights to turn on, a ghost can come and kill you… ijs it happens in movies, so it must be real. Besides the scary back room, the bathroom was clean… so I will stop the drama. This is a definite place to re-visit. Yep.

I love crepes and haven’t been lucky enough to find good crepes in Miami. This spot gets my sweet crêpe addiction covered. I must mention i have been here a few times and never had savory crepes so not really know how they are. The sweet crepes are yummy. It is a small, local hangout that serves mainly coffee and tea. Teas i heard are great as the hubbie and the mom had some coffee and tea there and told me so. I can only speak for the sweet crepes. They are good, nice size portions and what i like about this place most is the service. Everytime i have been there it has been good. Once i went to order my usual, and the waitress told us «we don’t have strawberries»…i was like«ok, no biggie, no strawberries then». But when she brought me my crêpe it didn’t have ice cream. I asked her«i ordered ice crea» and she told me they did not have ice cream either. I was like ok, she could have told me that and i would not have ordered this crêpe… My husband and i were commenting on that, how that was bad service and she should have said something. There was a guy sitting at the table next to us and i guess he heard the conversation that we were having because he got up and came back 5 minutes later with a cup of ice cream for me! I take it that was the manager and he overheard us and went to the store to get the ice cream. Well played. Because of that, i decided to give Moloko another chance and i kept going back. Haven’t had an issue since.

I came in for breakfast with a friend. This place is really cute and looks like it belongs a few blocks away in Wynwood rather than in the shops at Midtown. Browse through the pics here on Unilocal and you’ll see what I mean. It’s very unique. Everyone was friendly, and their breakfast menu has some pretty appealing options. We finally decided on this bacon and egg thing. It was basically bacon wrapped around a baked egg, and there were three of them served with toast. The dish was $ 6 and for the price, it worked, but it wasn’t fantastic. Next time, I’ll probably go for their crepes or french toast. We also had espresso. Mine was pretty bitter and I didn’t enjoy it. Overall, this place scores points for being unique, affordable, and friendly. Hopefully, everything I taste matches on my next visit.

You enter Moloko and really don’t want to leave. From the warm inviting library/lodge atmosphere to the friendly baristas that will shoot the shit with you, it’s an instant feeling of being at home. They have changed staff quite often over the past year, but I do feel that it has been for the better. For a while there, I only liked the way the owner crafted the espresso drinks but they seem to have found some better baristas and I have been quite pleased with the consistency of quality over my last several visits. The few food items that I have tried have been quite good as well, and now they have beer and wine with specials for happy hour. $ 2 craft beer drafts and glasses of wine are a pretty damn sweet deal in the heart of hustling and bustling Midtown.

Moloko is one of newest of the growing Hipster Coffee Houses in South Florida. After an event in Wynwood, I dropped in for a late evening coffee and dessert. I started with a Latte that was served in a large mug that was creamy and smooth. They use Panther Coffee which is a Medium Roast. The Barista asked if I wanted to add a flavor such as Vanilla to my Latte. I’m personally not into the flavored lattes, but there are many that are. After studying the Crêpe Menu for sometime, I settled on the Berry Crêpe(all fresh fruit — strawberries, boysenberries with a dab of whipped cream). The service was very good and I noticed a number of regulars dropping in for their evening jolt. The Baristas were friendly and helpful. Moloko has free Wi-Fi and there is also attwifi. The entrance is located in the courtyard on the South Side of Midtown Building around the corner from the Lime Mexican Restaurant. You can park in the Midtown Garage or in metered parking on the street.

Yay! A quaint little coffee shop in the Shoppes at Midtown! It’s a bit tucked away(behind Hurricane), but you’ll be really glad that you wandered over and off the beaten path. Not only was the coffee just amazing, but Michelle(our barista) was super chill and I really enjoyed chatting it up with her about the shop and other cities she’s lived in. As a newly born coffee addict, I am looking forward to making Moloko by cozy little coffee spot. There’s a whole wall of books and board games rumor has it, that there will be a book-loaner sign up!
