If i want pizza hut, this is the only place i can order it from. And god I’m i fucked by this pizza hut. It is imposible to get a delivery before an hour, and 90% of the time it will take one hour and a half to two hours, i think they know that poeple have to die with them if they want pizza hut, so when you call they are rude and abusive.
Worst place for pizza in the world and beyond.

Terrible, I will never order from this dump. It took over hour an half, cold pizza and sticks. I called to get it replace and they said «to order another time because all orders were going to arrive cold as they had a waiting time of over an hour».

Pésimo servicio enviaron el pedido equivocado y al decirles lo sucedido recibí la respuesta más negligente no vuelo a comprar nunca mas en este lugar me robaron no cumplieron y la persona que se hace llamar manager no resolvió nada prefiriendo dejar el nombre de la empresa por el suelo. Pésimo servicio… Me robaron de frente.

A little run down. Good parking, service is good been coming here for several years they need to update the place, pizza is good basic Pizza Hut
If you are looking for great pizza than don’t go to Pizza Hut lol the condition of the place is bringing them to the three stars

I called and received delivery from here about 4 times now.
Delivery time always spot on.
Driver was friendly. Pizza was beautiful.
I added a pic so everyone can see for themselves.
Person answering the phone is always friendly and speaks clear.
I’m happy they deliver to me and not the other location close to viceroy. I’m all smiles! :-)

I specifically stated for 2 items in my order… 2 side dressings of ranch, if this was not important then i would not order it and pay extra for it. When people order items with their order it is because they need them to complete their meal. Why is that so difficult to understand. I pointed it out to the delivery man and he could not care less. I am thoroughly disapointed.

Been using this location for delivery every Sunday for a couple of weeks and the service keeps getting worse and worse. Tonight they were almost THREE hours late. When I called in to see what was wrong they said «Honestly, your pizza has been done for a while now but we’re just waiting for a driver,» implying that it wasn’t their fault. Asked if I could get a refund or something like that and they said it wasn’t something they could do.
The cherry on top was that the pizza was just flat out cold when we received it.
Don’t give this location any more business.

Ok, I really dislike the area and the parking is a pain. I also always have to wait for my carry-​out order. Unfortunately it’s the closet Pizza Hut around.

I remember the days when you had to wait to be seated at a table by a host and there were servers at Pizza Hut. Apparently, this particular location is going the way of self checkout. You can order from the menu on the wall (a la fast food restaurants) and then you can take your food to a table and eat. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this location again.
