Food was old. I took my mom to try subway for the first time she and I both got food poisoning. I am writing this review straight from the toilet. Subway has had a huge decline in their food quality in the last few years. Not to mention their spokes person is a child molester.

I sadly will never go to any subway ever again. When I went there the place looked clean so I didn’t even think this was going to happen. On my way home I’m eating and there’s not 1 but 2 HAIRS ON MY SANDWICH. It was so disgusting my hair is long & blonde and the girl who did my sandwich had short black hair and as I was eating my food the hairs were just coming out with sauce on it and everything. IT WAS DISGUSTING! So I called them to let them know since I live all the way in coconut grove, and the lady had the audacity to tell me «NO HABALA ENGLISH» so I went to the store and confronted them WITH THE HAIR STILL IN MY SANDWICH, and the lady still kept telling me NO HABLA ENGLISH. So that’s it??! I can’t do anything cause you can’t speak a word in English!!! I didn’t get a new sandwich, I didn’t get my money back. These people should get fired, this is America not Cuba, there working at a SUBWAY an AMERICAN COMPANY FOR GOD SAKES
LEARN ENGLISH
AND PUT ON HAIR NETS!!!

I honestly love coming here! I work close by & one of my bosses sandwhich is a bit tricky. The regular staff always remember me. They’re so nice, except maybe for one girl but I never quite see her anymore.

I don’t know what’s wrong with Subway’s staff this days. Extremely slow service, I was the first person in line and took me exactly 19 minutes to get an Italian BMT sub.

I just want to start off saying that if you’re looking for a great quality sub then you should walk a few feet towards publix and get yourself the sub you deserve.
The last time I went into this particular subway I had bought more bread than anything else. I asked for a chicken terriyaki sub and the lady put very little chicken, I had about an inch and a half of bread with no chicken!
When I asked her to add more chicken all she did was look at me and spread the chicken out. What the hell is that? I would have been willing to pay for the extra chicken that she did not want to give me.
Anyway, subway is not what it used to be and it’s definitely NOT fresh.
I would also like to add that the customer service is not friendly and your «foot long» subs is 9 out of 10 times NOT a foot long.
I definitely don’t recommend this particular subway or any other. Go get yourself a publix sub you’d be getting your money’s worth.

Subway is one of my favorite restaurants, however this particular location is not one I’ll be visiting again. This location has only one five dollar footlong. They had a special on the board for the turkey bacon and avocado 6 in. The price they charged me was more expensive than they quoted and when I asked about it, they said it was taxes. Once the order was completed and I got my receipt I noticed that they added taxes on top of the misquoted price. I won’t be going to this location again.
