I bought a groupon for a skin tag removal from my eye area, which I was really nervous about. When I went in for the appointment, I was helped by Jenny who very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything in detail and made me feel at ease. She was careful during the whole procedure and explained step by step what she was doing. She offered other services and promoted the business as expected, but very tactfully and not pushy or demanding at all. I was very impressed with her ability to remain professional but very personable and relatable. I will recommend this place to my friends!
I’m writing this in the parking lot of the business because I’m very excited to give a good word!

I walked in for an appointment that originated from a Groupon. When I got there, I found nobody on the staff spoke English — nor were they interested in trying. They handed me a pre-​treatment questionnaire that was in English, though, which was sure to confuse your target audience of Spanish-​speaking only clientele… right? Whatever.
They asked which Groupon I bought. I told them. One lady shook her head to herself, as if she didn’t like THAT Groupon. Again… whatever. I filled out my questionnaire and waited to be called.
Soon after being called in, it was explained to me that the laser that they usually use for the Groupon that I purchased actually only works on certain skin types, and for certain things, and I should actually purchase certain other services instead… Yeah you get the picture. The Groupon is a scheme to get you in the door, where they then tell you everything that’s «wrong» with you and refuse to honor it.
The attitudes and customer service had thus far been so poor, why would I let these people anywhere near my face anyway? I wasn’t even out of the elevator before I had requested a refund from Groupon. There are so many fantastic medspas, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons that offer medspa services… this place is completely unworthy of any business.

I heard about this place through a co worker who swore by it. Me being a male I was reluctant and also skeptical about any type of treatment on my face. I have been coming here once a month for 5 months for laser hair removal on my face and neck. I saw results after the first treatment, I must say I was really impressed. so impressed that i decided to give their ematrix a try for acne scars, I have done one treatment and I am excited about continuing to come for them. love the atmosphere here feels so calm, the staff is amazing. FIVE stars FOR SURE!

Horrible place: I bought a groupon for $ 99, —
Upon arrival I was told I need to buy an additional $ 40, — suit or I won’t be able to get my treatments, in the mean time they already booked off my groupon as if I had used it.
I drive there a distance of more than 45 minutes. Because if the distance I had called before, I did not want to waste te, when I called I tried to find out more about them (something made me suspicious, maybe when they said by phone: «oh 5 sessions most likely wont be enough…»
People: these folks are not professional, they just want to pull money out of your pocket, rip you off, sell you a hoax, buyer beware. Stay FAR away from these people! I hate that I have to post one star: I would like to minus a star!
