Vision Unlimited PA

Do not go here. Office staff is incompetent and can never do their job right. I tried to go to a new doctor in Orlando because I moved from Miami, and the office in Orlando said I had a pending insurance payment at Vision Unlimited… after calling a million times (they took forever to answer), they said I had an appointment that I never paid for in Jan. of 2014… I have not even been to Miami since last year so they totally just got that out of nowhere. I was not able to take my new appointment in Orlando because Vision Unlimited took forever to cancel that pending payment. Also for ordering contacts, they are impossible. Already twice I have had to wait over a month to receive my contacts because BOTH times the order was never placed. Even after I insisted to make sure the order was placed because the same thing happened previously, the same thing happened. Now I am stuck without any contacts. They take forever to do anything or get any information to you. I am so thankful that this is the last contact order I will ever have to do with them and I cannot wait to go to a new place in Orlando.

I go to VIsion Unlimited PA for all my Vision needs. However, my pros and cons are about even…
Pros:
— It was very quick to make an appointment. I made the appointment the same week I needed to get a form filled out for an eye exam.
— Very friendly optometrist! He seemed eager to get to know me.
— Short wait when I arrived.
Cons:
— It took them a while to look up my insurance information and verify the information. I had to call them about three different times to do this.
— There wasn’t a lot of seats available when I got there, so I had to stand and wait for my name to be called.
— The staff (not the optometrist) seemed like they were there for a quick buck and did not interested in answering my questions. Whenever I asked them a question, it always seemed that they would brush me off.
Overall, it was «pleasant”– not bad, not excellent! I would probably go there again because they do offer a wide array of eyeglass frames.

Service is good and friendly and good selection of vision wear.

It had been about 7 yrs since, my last eye doctors appointment i decided to just go and get my eyes checked since, i sit in front of a computer all day for work. After reading Lourdes Z. review i decided to go there plus, its super close to my house. I met with Doctor Cuevas he was very polite and friendly and got my eyes checked fast. The reason why i don’t give them more stars is because, of the staff they were all very loud and one was very rude to other patients which i disliked and found unprofessional.
