World Foot-Locker

My son has been bugging me about taking him to foot locker to purchase some KD’s and he wanted to check out the house of hoops that is part of foot locker but, it’s a whole special section on the right side of the store. If your a sneaker head die hard basketball fan then this is the place to go. They have all the shoes seperated by player Lebron James, Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony, etc. clothes plus accesories. I was greeted as I entered the store by three different people and asked if I needed any help. They even assisted me on finding the perfect size shoe for my son. I would imagine there on you cause everything they have in this section is pretty pricey, and there looking for commission. Although I got a pretty good price on my sons sneakers that were originally $ 140.00 I ended up paying $ 90.00. Now your probably wondering why not 5 stars if I was satisfied with my purchase??? Well when I ended up at the register it took foreverrrrrrr for me to pay because they only have one person in the register and the rest are out looking to sell you some shoes. I wanted to leave but my son was so happy I didnt want to ruin it for him. Please note that there is ONLY one house of hoops in Miami. I believe they have one in Pembroke Pines and in Orlando. So go check it out if you have the patience and love sneakers.

I gave it 1 star because that’s the requirement to leave a review. Gentleman in House of Hoops was very helpful, but rude staff at check out. Rude to the point where I put everything in my hand down and left. Congrats, Dadeland location; you cost your store some money. Not very smart. Will be contacting corporate.

Only place in Miami to get special Nike releases. Many years ago, pre-​makeover, this was a World Foot Locker. But it has since been split into a Foot Locker and a House of Hoops.
For those not in the know, House of Hoops is where you wait hours in line to purchase special release sneakers. The stores are spread throughout the US (47 stores nationwide) and if you can’t make it to Dadeland, then your Florida options dwindle to the following:
Pembroke Pines (Pembroke Lakes)
Tampa (University Mall)
Orlando (Florida Mall)
That’s quite the drive to pick up a pair of re-​released AJ 11’s…
