Nice. Even has an overhead room light, which is so annoyingly rare in hotels. The room has a funny smell of cleanser, so I wonder if it was a smoking room at some point. But the give you free dinner with beer and wine, and free breakfast. Good place.

Hubby had good experiences when he stayed here in summer and winter ’14 to work a contract. Stephanie and the whole staff were friendly and helpful, including when I called with delivery questions to send care packages. Hubby had good work and meeting space, clean and comfortable room, and basic meals that helped make the stay productive. Good atmosphere at the place. All around we really appreciate the whole staff for making him feel home away from home.

This place is the best! The dinner is good, better than you would expect. The breakfast is above the usual hotel fare. Our room was like a nice apartment. The staff is friendly. This place is worth the money!

We called about 2 hours ahead while on the road and arrived at about 2AM. The staff was extremely accommodating and the rooms were great. We stayed in two King suites with plush beds and modern furnishings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through or staying in Midland.

We stayed here last night. We got in around 1am. Staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were only here for about 6 hours total so we didn’t really get to use the kitchenette or anything. It was equipped with everything you needed though. The only complaint I have is we had only a shower. We really needed a bathtub/shower combo having a one year old. Bathing her in that glass shower was a nightmare. Breakfast was good, had a good variety of everything from cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, fruit, etc. We would stay again if we needed to.

The hotel is three months old. House keeping left me a lovely collection of crumbs and chunks of food on the kitchen floor. The dishes in the pantry had flakes of food stuck to it. On check in, I asked if there are any local places the employee would recommend eating at. She said, no need to find a restaurant, we serve dinner here. I said, what time does dinner start? She said, today is Saturday, we don’t serve dinner on Saturday. I was thinking, what a sadistic prick. One elevator is out of order. The other elevator takes an unusual amount of time to cover four floors. I am still looking for the entrance to the stairs.

This is a new hotel by the stadium, and it’s really nice. The common areas are well designed and very pretty. Just like all of the hotels in the area, parking and internet are free. The rooms are spacious and well layed out. Some cool features you don’t typically see in hotels: a ceiling fan in the bedroom, a night light in the bathroom area AND an extra light in the shower area proper. The gym is huge and well stocked with plenty of cardio, free weights and plate weights. The water cooler is hooked up to the city system which sucks, so bring your own bottled water to the gym. In fact even the coffee is the dining room is made with crappy Midland water, so save your tastebuds and make your own with good water. They serve a dinner in the evening which is decent. When the hotel first opened, the spread was really fancy. Since they’ve been open a while, the options have been much simpler. The staff is super friendly. Hopefully they will keep up with maintenance which seems to be the downfall with the hotels in the area.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor talking while laying in the bed. Stay in the top floor of possible. I stayed in the bottom and it sounds like a heard of horses running above me.
