The Residence at Midland

Wonderful place to live in Midland. The west side of the city, nearest the airport, has a new sports complex and hotel developments. Oil companies are building fresh new campus environments nearby. A new HEB grocery is under construction next to Sam’s, and a Starbucks is planned for the Red Oak development beside the HEB.
The apartments are up-​scale in construction and convenience. The marketing word «Luxury» is very appropriate.
Gym is ²⁴⁄₇. Though no TV is added to gym equipment, machines are maintained well. Pool is very nice, with palm trees and lots of seating. Complex is gated. Covered parking and garages are available. Very pet friendly.
Staff is the best, and stays on top of security, maintenance, and other needs of residents. They are very respectful and responsive to feedback from residents. This is a very high point.
Air conditioning works very well. Insulation seems to be very good, compared to most all other apartments.
Lots of professionals live here, and help one another out. Sense of community.
