Now that Midland’s other donut shops have closed, you would think Tim’s might see an opportunity. No way. Went in at 6:30 p.m. and they had a very poor selection. An employee said, «We were told not to do any baking on this shift.» What?!? This is a BAKESHOP. These folks have no idea what they’re doing.

Keep wanting to like this place, but have been let down many times. Walked in on a Saturday morning, had to wait for coffee to be made. No donuts in the glass cases? WTF? This is a donut store, isn’t it? Excuse was«waiting for more to come out». Well more came out which filled the orders of the people before me. 30 minutes later, still no food… What a freaking waste of a good morning

If you are on the go and need a quick bite at the crack of dawn and something to drink, your options in this area are fairly limited. Do you trek to the other side of town to Starbucks, make a McDonald’s run, or drive-through at Tim Hortons? I say there’s nothing wrong with Tim Hortons. The breakfast sandwich is better than that at McD’s as is the Iced Capp. This is not gourmet food, but the drive-through service was wicked fast.

Standard Tim Horton’s. I was there once on a Sunday morning, and the church crowd was coming in as well. They barely had many options for donuts which I found incredibly surprising. They’re a donut shop, and that wasn’t the first Sunday they had post-church crowds. If the owner is reading this I recommend you prep better.

I do not think I will be going back to this place again anytime soon. First of all, businesses should ALWAYS have products ready for the customers to have. Tim Horton’s runs out of some food when they shouldn’t. The last approx. five times I have been there, I have always wanted breadbowl to go with my soup, they say they don’t have them. Quite several times, they have ran out of chicken or pesto or even mango smoothie! Plus, sometimes there are only ONE soup available and there should be more. Come on, seems like the management is poor because that shouldn’t happen. The cashiers should listen better next time customers come around. I have told one of the cashiers previously to get me large bowl of soup, but they gave me small! Then, I told her I wanted white bread instead of wheat, guess what… I got wheat. It’s not that hard to mess up orders when it’s that simple. For the positives, the workers are friendly and will get your food out as fast they could. The food are alright. Just overall, the business really should improve and keep food in stack.

Good doughnuts, but the rest of the menu is just mediocre.

For a place that made its name as a doughnut shop, I have gone 6 times over the years and EVERY single time they have been out of doughnuts. They have muffins, bread and scones at times, but no doughnuts. A fatal flaw in a doughnut shop to happen once, but every time I have been there? Especially bad because right next door is a Dunkin’s Doughnuts that actually HAS doughnuts for sale.

This place wasn’t that great when I first reviewed it, but customer service has gotten even worse. The place is open 24 hours, but when I went recently about 10 p.m., they had just one kind of soup, none of the mac & cheese they were advertising and few donuts. They didn’t even have any decaf coffee ready! The employees seem more interested in laughing it up with each other than waiting on customers.

I really like their sandwiches and soup combos, but their food quality has declined since they first opened. I would go back when I’m in the mood for a quick«deli sandwich», but it’s certainly not my favorite place. Their chili in a breadbowl is REALLY good, though. I recommend eating in, because by the time I get my food home it always seems to have made a mess in the bag.
