DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! I wish i read these reviews before this bogus company stole my money. Ordered a chandelier August 8. By Sept 23 with no chandelier having arrived, I called and after waiting 45 minutes on hold finally spoke to a woman who said the chandelier would be in that friday for shipment. I called the following week and she said it still wasn’t in but would be in shortly, I said forget it, its been too long issue a refund she said of course and she was very sorry. Well here I am Nov 3 with no refund and only one answered email (after sending a dozen) by Larry K. stating my cancelled order was processing. And to no surprise the phone is automated now with no option to speak to a person. The message says email and you will be answered in 24 hours. Well none of my emails have been answered for weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I ordered and payed for a light fixture in July– they kept saying it was back-​ordered. Finally on Oct. 7 I sent an email requesting a refund. Still no refund, no product, no communication. This is apparently happening over and over again to several people. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and paypal. Hopefully they’ll be shut down soon!

Let me start by saying this company has an «F» rating on the Better Business Bureau. I purchased four pendant lights for my kitchen and dinning room. After two weeks of hearing nothing, I called the company to see when I could expect my delivery… They don’t answer their phone, you can’t leave a message and if you do get put on hold be ready to sit there for 45 minutes. After several attempts through email and calls, the lights were delivered a month later.
I opened the boxes only to find they shipped my lights in the wrong finish. Again they wouldn’t take my call, insisted I send an email which again went unanswered. Finally someone sent me a return shipping label (because they wanted their product back) and assured me once they receive the lights they will issue a full refund.
7 weeks later I haven’t heard from them and I’m out $ 800. I’m in the middle of filing a claim through my credit card company, but do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys.
