Terrible service and owner was incredibly rude. I left without a haircut and do not recommend this place to anyone.

After reading those 2 negative reviews, I have no choice but to post my opinion of services I received with this company. I purchased a Groupon for a $ 24 haircut & style. The first thing they told me was that there would be an up charge due to my long hair. I thought that was nice and at least they were up front with me. I will say that no where on the Groupon under regular or other terms did it state that there would be an up charge for «longer hair». Honestly, even for $ 34, it was still a great deal so I am by no means complaining. Just something to beware of if you do purchase this same Groupon offer. Tina my stylist was super friendly, funny, and professional. I truly enjoyed myself here. Beautiful space and nice décor. I will definitely be back.

Not so classy. Owner has a foul mouth. Was swearing to a client the whole time. Very unprofessional Stylists were texted while doing hair and one was smoking a e cig in the salon.

Unfortunately I am unable to review this salon based upon its style techniques, but solely on the front receptionist who was less than friendly. I had purchased a groupon for a mani/​pedi. I walked in on a Saturday to see if they had any openings. The receptionist was polite until I said the word «groupon». She then was rude, & treated us as if I was not valued as customer with both tone and mannerisms. This potentially could have been my new salon (I am looking for a new hairsylist since I moved to the area) and I would have tipped the full amount of what the service would have been charged. not the groupon price. I understand it was a Saturday, & the salon was busy and they were unable to accommodate me as a walk-​in. But I did not appreciate the tone and lack of customer service from the receptionist. I was trying to inquire as to the best times and openings to book a time and intead I was brushed aside and receptionist continued booking other appts, ignoing me even though i was standing directly across from her and she actually answered the telephone when i was mid sentence with her. A simple «please hold on and I will help you in a minute» would have been polite and appropriate. Instead I walked out dissatisfied without my mani/​pedi, or a scheduled appointment for one. I let the groupon expire and i will not ever return.

Got a haircut with Melania and what a great job! And great price! She was super nice and even blew out my curly thick hair without having to ask and it looks amazing! My mom and I got the groupons for the mani/​pedi and that was just as great — the nail stylist really takes her time. Another bonus is its a salon and spa so it offers so many different services. I’m hooked and definitely coming back!

Great place to have your nails done! Love it — nicole was friendly and made the time pass and bonus my nails look great! Beautiful salon inside! and some fun jewelry and other things too!

I really can not recommend a better place to get your hair cut if you happen to be in this area of Connecticut.
They charge $ 20 for a men’s haircut that I personally like more than pretty much every other place I have been to in NYC or Boston, all of whom charged a great deal more.
I come here to see Ashley and she has always done a solid job on my weird Macklemore-​style do. They are cool with walk ins and have recently moved to a newly constructed building which is very nice.
