Hmm, the other 1 star reviews were definitely shocking to see. So, I was quite hesitant when I went to see a «second opinion» on a tooth that my previous dentist urgently suggested I need work on.
Turns on, I didn’t need a $ 3,000 job on the tooth and instead, a minor fix up which cost under $ 100. The folks here helped saved me so much money and I appreciate the honesty and professionalism.

The number one compliment for this office is their very knowledgable, kind and patient staff. Everyone here is so nice and even at my very first appointment they greeted me by first name. It was a shock but a good one. :)
Since my first time going I’ve had some follow up appts due to my lack of dental hygiene from living on my own (post-​parents). Each time I have gone in and left feeling beyond relaxed even when I am getting fillings done. While it can take some time to get all the work you need completed Dr. G and his staff make sure you’re comfortable above everything else.
Every dentist office I’ve gone to up until PNS has been painful and stressful. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else ever again :)

I live down in Green Lake but I drive up here to get my teeth taken care of. I LOVE this dentist office! Everyone has been nothing but incredibly kind, thoughtful, and gentle! It is spotless and really beautiful. It’s obvious to me that they take pride in their work.
I’ve been going to Pac NW Smiles for about 2 years now and Carrie has been my dental hygienist. Let me tell you – she is THE best. She remembers me when I come in and it’s like I’m seeing an old friend. I’ve never been uncomfortable in the chair and I’ve always felt well taken care of. Dr Greenhalgh (head honcho) is very thorough and honest. My first visit here included intensive x-​rays and photographs of my mouth and teeth. My subsequent visits have included one cavity that was taken care of quickly and painlessly.
I’m so surprised by these previous reviews. I’m not convinced that those previous reviews are entirely honest. I was recommended this dentist office by a good friend of mine and I have recommended it to my friends and family. I urge you to come here. They really are fantastic. The best dentist office and staff I have ever been to!

What’s the difference between a 1 star review and a 5 star review for a dentist? One word: HONESTY.
My husband and I went to Pac. NW smiles about 4 – 5 times. Waiting room is nice and staff seem friendly. But spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars on my mouth, is not something I take lightly, especially if the «need» for dental work is all a lie.
I had X rays taken and was told I had 3 cavities to fill. Great. Went in, got them filled, all good. 6 months later I returned for my basic cleaning and they told me that Dr. Darren had re-​reviewed my X-​rays and I had 8 cavities.
So you mean to tell me, my X-​rays where taken BEFORE I had 3 cavities filled, and then based on those X-​rays that were determined to fill my 3 cavities, you didn’t notice I had 8 more, and now you want to charge me thousands of dollars to do EIGHT FILLINGS?!
Seemed fishy, so I had a second opinion, and sure enough, I had NO CAVITIES. Well played. Try and make a quick buck off of me. First of all, I didn’t buy it, and second of all, they will never see a penny of my money ever again. Lying to people may seem like a way to make an instant quick buck, but it will drive you into the ground in the end.

Things I like:
–The dental work is top notch. I’ve never had a“bad” experience on any of my visits. I pay out of pocket and I’ve never had someone come into the cleaning room to ask for money, as mentioned by another reviewer.
–The dental hygienists are professional and friendly
–If you want, you can watch netflix while getting your teeth worked on
–Front desk staff goes above and beyond to help with rescheduling appointments and really anything for that matter
I don’t live close to the dentistry will but keep coming back because it is the best dental practice I’ve been to.

I have gone to this Dentist for about 2 years. Initially all went well, then suddenly it was all about money and ridiculous charges. The office manager will follow you to the cleaning room to ask for money. Pretty rude and unethical!
The last time I was there, I was left in the cleaning room for over 20 minutes, then three young ladies were parading my room without doing anything. If you go there, make sure you state what you want to avoid surprises
And recently, they are demanding over $ 900.00 from my wife for a service she bluntly refused to authorize. yet they filed for insurance claim and before we know it, they employed crooked collection agents like them to follow us and make provocative calls to our home.
Certainly, you can to to these guys if this is your only dentist in a primitive jungle of rain forest.
