This place is really good! I don’t come here too often but when I do, I order: –earl grey milk tea — strawberry mango lychee drink(I think that’s what it’s called), which is my fav! thanks to my friend that recommended it. as for food, I order: –popcorn chicken(super tasty and it comes in big portions!) –the curly fries which is soooo good. I love the mayo on top too! The workers are friendly as well!

This is a pretty good boba shop! There are new milk tea shops popping up on every corner now so it’s not hard to satisfy a boba craving. Come here if you want a good drink! My favorite is K1, which is their signature iced milk tea drink. I like that they sell snacks and RAMEN! It does get crowded but not nearly as bad as Gong Cha with their *sometimes* 45 min wait for same quality of drink.

Tips: They do NOT use non-dairy creamer like other milk tea places. I am lactose intolerant and so I am warning others who may be as well. Remember to take a lactaid. =] — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – This location is pretty popular on a Saturday and rightfully so. The service is quick and everyone there is very helpful and nice. I also really like the iTea in San Francisco as well! So far i-Tea is slowly becoming one of my favorites along with ChaTime. I got the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with 50% sweet and 50% ice and I feel that combo is perfect! It’s sweet enough to be a nice treat with a great deal of tea flavor for those who love their tea. My friends and I also got the calamari and popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken here are very large hefty pieces which I like a lot! It makes it seem like you’re actually eating chicken pieces! The calamari was pretty tasty as well! I would recommend sharing these things if you just want a snack because the portions are pretty large in my opinion. We all got our own milk teas and 2 snacks to share among 4 people and we were all pretty satisfied. I would definitely come again!

This is a pretty good place for milk tea! I’ve been seeing a lot of posts and snap chats about this place and I had to check it out for myself! I was at SDG Tofu House earlier and I needed something sweet to complete my sweet and savory palate. It’s located near the Kaiser Permanente, in the Yogurtland plaza! Once you see Yogurtland, you’re there!!! I ordered the Okinawa Milk Tea with egg pudding, 80% sweetness and 30% ice. It was really good! I like it a lot. The cups are a huge size too! Since I was already full, I wasn’t able to try the ramen. Maybe next time! I’ll most definitely come back for the milk tea and maybe the ramen to try it out.

3.5 stars, bumping it up to 4 because the employees are courteous, keep their cool AND don’t kick us out after hogging a table for an hour! Two of my friends and I arrived during dinner rush prior to 8pm with bowls of ramen slurped up at every other table. No to go on ramen. We ordered drinks before finding a table and realized we should’ve ordered snacks at the same time, despite just eating ramen elsewhere. The drinks were ready before we even left the line! One of us ordered takoyaki. First time trying that! So basically it’s a fried cloud of batter surrounding a baby octopus somewhere in there? The sweet sauce was good, a bit tangy. I had high hopes for the calamari. Wondering why mine had no batter on it. Did they run out? Different experience eating it without a crunchy exterior. They sprinkle some kind of red powder on parts of it. Funnily enough, the salt brought out the flavor of my hazelnut milk tea with grass jelly. The milk teas. I could distinguish the tea from the milk and flavoring/sugar. They completely focused on tea with the hazelnut accenting it, instead of dumping some syrup to mask the lack of caffeine. 80%(less) ice was perfect. Regular sweetness was surprisingly not too sweet. I think they have hazelnut pudding available? Or was it hazelnut pudding ice milk? The menus are somewhat scattered. The basic menu is posted on the left wall, some visual spotlighted items above the counter, with an additional smaller menu including drink pictures on the actual counter(left side). Not all of their items are on a single menu. I didn’t even know they had hazelnut until I looked at the counter menu. The place is smaller than in pictures. Hot spot on weekend nights. It gets louder with the parental crowd. Dance music when you first enter. Nice how they bring the food to your table. 5 stars rewards point accumulation is for drinks only. Type in your # instead of presenting your card. I was able to use my debit card for two separate purchases under $ 10. Not sure if they’ll enforce their written policy on future visits. Same plaza as Yogurtland, don’t miss it or make a u-turn far far away.

i-Tea for me? YESPLEASE! Just by looking at the number of times we have been to i-Tea, I’m sure you can see that we are big, big fans of their drinks. And when you step inside their lucrative establishment, you will see that lots of people are big, big fans as well. But those long waits are ever-so worth it. Their menu is GIGANTIC filled with every milk tea and fruit tea imaginable. It would be pretty dang impossible for you not to find a drink that won’t be to your liking. The establishment itself is quite big, considering it also functions as a ramen restaurant so you can get your boba fix as well as a good lunch. They also provide a variety of snacks like takoyaki balls, popcorn chicken, calamari, and curly fries, all of which are mouth-watering good. But it is their boba that keeps us coming back. My hubby normally goes for their pudding milk tea or oreo smoothie. The oreo smoothie not only tastes amazing, but also looks truly appetizing with the tiny cookie crumbles dusted on top of a hill of whip cream. I myself usually choose the hazelnut milk tea or jasmine milk tea. The hazelnut perfectly blends in with the milk and tea, eliciting a smooth sip every time. They have recently implemented the five star rewards system so keeping track of your points to get that free drink is quick and easy. Due to its popularity, the workers here are frequently moving at lightning speed to keep up with the influx of orders, but they are still so happy and cheerful all the time. They even come out and bring the drinks to us. Now that’s customer service! i-Tea is definitely a favorite of ours and I’m sure it’ll remain that way for quite some time. If you haven’t stopped by yet, you better make your way there soon because you are definitely missing out on some bobalicious drinks!

Nothing to complain with this place. I got the basic jasmine green milk tea, lightly sweetened and half iced. I also tried their Mango Sago which was very interesting but good. The workers are nice and the drinks were made fairly quickly. The space is spacious but beware coming here after 5pm especially on Friday and weekend nights, it gets crowded!

The inside is really nice and spacious. I like the atmosphere and good music. The parking gets pretty crowded, which sucks. I like how they have their menu similar to fast food lol. I ordered popcorn chicken, jasmine milk tea with 50% sweet and 50% ice. The gave me my milk tea within less than 5 minutes. The milk tea was not bad, but I really did enjoy it. The popcorn chicken took less than 10 minutes, which really surprised me. The taste was really good and they give you a lot! I would come back to try the ramen and other drink flavors.

Fast, friendly service. They have like 10 people working a shift. I guess I came at the right time because ratio of worker to customers was pretty even. I ordered the strawberry fruit tea. It originally comes with strawberry fruit bits & lychee jelly, but I wanted to substitute the lychee jelly with mango fruit bits. It was an additional(0.50) to substitute with fruits, but I believe is free if u decide for another non-fruit topping. The tea, itself, was ok. Not sure what to make out of it… Strangely was still enjoyable, it tasted a little like strawberry water with the slightest hint of tea. With that being said, I wouldn’t come here again — since I’d like to drink actual tea, not some flavored water. Adding the mango bits was a huge mistake. The fruits altogether were not pleasant. They did not taste fresh, the mangos had the weirdest taste and the strawberries were soft/soggy. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll probably give them another chance. However, I’d never go out of my way to come here again… It was a disappointment.

This is my go to boba spot in Milpitas. Great boba place located off Calaveras near 680 exit, right near to Yogurtland. The boba has a nice texture and chew to it, like a good boba should be. They offer a good variety of drink flavors and toppings such as boba, pudding, sago and jelly. Actually, I find that they have the most varied drink options compared to a lot of other milk tea places. They have mango sago which is this delicious concoction of mango chunks and sago in it. Normally, if I don’t get a Hokkaido milk tea, I like to get the Jade Iced Lemon Tea which I find super refreshing! You are able to customize the sweetness level and ice level for your drink so it is nice option to have. They have the most delicious popcorn chicken around! I almost get it every time I’m there. It’s sorda like Chinese chicken nuggets that is super flavorful and moist. It’s garlicky, savory and the batter is super light. Yuuuuuummm!!! They also offer takoyaki and ramen which I have both tried. The ramen is only served during certain times of the day. Lines can get long but they do crank out the drinks fairly quickly. There’s a decent amount of seating if you want dine in. Go give it a try if you are in the area!

My [current] favorite boba place in Milpitas! I-Tea sells a lot of different drinks and even serves ramen(dine-in only) but I really go for 1 thing– MANGOSAGO. Imagine a creamy mango smoothie with chunks of mango and baby squishy pearls… mmm I’m drooling just thinking of it. Its the best $ 5 you could ever spend. I also really like their takoyaki and their chicken(great portions for the price!) and fries… but seriously, mango sago. You’re welcome :)

THEMANGOSAGOISBACK!!! They put real mango in their mango sago drink so its not always available. This is the only place that has mango sago and they’re amazing. Their snacks are good too, especially the popcorn chicken very flavorful and they have real chicken. My second favorite snack is the calamari, crispy and yes flavorful too. The place is nice and clean. The service is always good. They have college students working there and theyre always energetic. Overall, my to go place for snacks and drink. Totally recommend!

i-Tea is my go to boba spot! My sister introduced this place to me when we went to go get ramen here. She said the ramen was bomb so we stopped by. The place is super small and the parking kinda sucks so expect that! I usually order H5(fresh mango slush) but since it’s winter time I don’t think mango is in season so THEYTOOKTHEONLYTHING I LOVEDOUT :(I hope they bring it back soon even if they used frozen mangoes because that stuff was probably the only reason why I came here so often. The ramen is pretty good! It’s equivalent to a real ramen spot. Popcorn chicken here is the best because the pieces are huge and there’s big pieces of garlic mixed in. Did I mention the fried calamari is so freaking good here too? It’s actually the tentacles, which is what I love. Btw, they don’t do the stamp cards anymore so however many cards you have, they won’t accept it! Instead they use the five star rewards now and you’ll just have to enter your phone number. PS: bring back H5!!! :‘D

when u open the door to i-Tea, nostalgia instantly hits u as the loud thumping of EDM can b heard throughout the store. have I been transported back to the early 2000’s? is that Alice Deejay I hear? damn. i-Tea is another great tea addition to the city of Milpitas. here’s to competition driving down the price of milk teas!(doubt it tho.) the space is a small space next to Yogurtland and a Greek/Mediterranean style restaurant in a small strip mall. the layout of the store isn’t that great. as the customers line up inside, the line can lead out the door thus blocking the way into the small sitting area. the most popular drinks r on the menu lighted up over the kitchen area. the complete menu with everything they make is on the left side wall as u enter. I considered the service pretty good even they were getting slammed on a Saturday afternoon. they were trained well! I completely forgot to customize the sugar n ice content of my drinks. the cashier reminded me n asked for the customization levels. that was really nice. sometimes they don’t ask u just cuz u don’t mention anything. the wait wasn’t that long(surprisingly) for my teas which says something about the store’s hard working employees. so I ordered a Hokkaido Milk Tea for myself n a Red Bean Tofuhua Milk Tea for my mom. they were both on the popular menu so we wanted to try them. I got them both with 80% sugar. that was a mistake. way too sweet for me. so next time I’ll go with 50%. the large sized teas came with toppings which is great. there’s no need to pay extra for toppings! n can I say? the amount of pudding in my Hokkaido Milk Tea filled up 70% of my cup! damn. someone has a heavy hand there. but I’m not complaining. :) maybe next time I’ll try their snacks n ramen.

This is my new fav tea spot! I came here 4 days in a row since I found out they existed. It was pretty busy with long lines though. I tried. Roasted Oolong Tea Krema with egg pudding –extra sugar, 75% ice Rose Milk Tea –extra sugar, 75% ice Fried Tofu with takoyaki sauce + mayo -$ 6.50 Curly Fries with takoyaki sauce + mayo -$ 5.50 Takoyaki -$ 6.50(so good! crispy shell with super soft filling and nice chunks of octopus) The snacks were a little steep but I’d recommend getting the takoyaki and tofu. Curly fries were pretty average. Teas were great! I like my teas super sweet so I loved that I can actually add EXTRA sugar. You can adjust the sugar and ice for your tea.

This place rocks. Since Im lactose intolerant, I can’t drink dairy. So on Saturday, around 12 noon, I drove here after eating over at BBH Noodles. I spent like 3 hours here with friends. I ordered the strawberry tea. Man this drink is amazing. I freaking loved it. Drank the entire thing and wanted more. Had bits of strawberry in it too. Just order this. Very flavorful and refreshing! Great service and they bring your drink out to you as well when you’re sitting down. Downfall: their tvs don’t work and aren’t turned on. Sucks because I couldn’t watch the game but it’s ok.

Taste is inconsistent with the Oakland location. Nice and quick service but don’t take their suggestions. Lol. We got a Hazelnut milk tea and High Mountain Oolong milk tea. Both were somewhat diluted. Toppings filled half the cup. No one will probably understand me but… the Hazelnut drink tasted like the raw dough of a snow skin moon cake… hahaha. which is not good. On the bright side, Popcorn Chicken is delicious :-) Big portion too.

I accompanied my high school sister here as part of a fundraiser and was pleasantly surprised by the clean, vibrant atmosphere and it’s savory offerings outside of milk tea drinks. We ordered the pudding milk tea, boba milk tea and a fried calamari. Both milk teas were super sweet despite the 50% sugar but had good flavor. The pudding and boba had good textures but I wish the ratio of toppings to drinks would be higher. The calamari was the small kind with plenty of tentacles(my favsies!) but I will admit they are not as satisfying as the larger sized squids since the batter became overwhelming fast. I saw a lot of patrons order the ramen which didn’t look half bad for a place that is not a ramen specialty restaurant. Prices are reasonable with our afternoon snack coming in at a little over $ 15. I would return if I’m craving creamy sweet drinks in the area for the atmosphere and plethora of menu options.

Now I can get decent ramen without the wait! Very surprised that I can get Japanese ramen at a Taiwanese boba shop. It was pretty good! The egg was done to perfection and the broth wasn’t too salty like other ramen places. The meat was super fatty. I also ordered matcha milk tea with red bean and green tea pudding. I had it at 50% sweet, but I should have had it at 30%: the tea was just right, but the red bean was super sweet for my taste. Great pudding though! My friend tried the takoyaki(not pictured). Better than other places! It was crispy on the outside and cooked enough on the inside. Other places make it mushy and have super small octopus pieces. Overall, solid ramen and boba. I like it better than other boba places that I will not name(but you can read my reviews). Can’t wait to try more flavors! :)

I was impressed with a new drink: Hokkaido milk tea with pudding and tapioca! It tasted uniquely refreshing and takes a spin on milk tea! Food adventures enlightenment when I sipped on this drink! I’m surprised that this boba shop serves up ramen as well. I got their popcorn chicken and it was tasty with the chopped garlic! Chicken wings and Takoyaki offered up? Yum! It’s a snack haven here with so many delectables as selections!
